We received a professional and efficient service at the Tui travel agent in Beckenham. Props to Claire who looked at our shortlist and was patience and helpful while arranging an alternative holiday due to Hurricane Melissa in Jamaica. As one who prefers human interaction over online services, I definitely appreciated Claire and the team's reassurance and confident support from a real person. The transfer to the new booking was smooth and painless. Tui have gained a couple of new customers! I'd recommend Tui all day long.
I have been booking holidays for years with TUI Beckenham and their service has always been excellent. This year Kiera has been absolutely wonderful in helping us organise our next family adventure.
All the staff at the Beckenham Branch were exceptionally courteous and helpful. Kiera assisted me with our flight and accommodation arrangements. She demonstrated remarkable patience and support, despite my frequent changes of mind and indecisiveness. Kiera made every effort to help me make a decision, fully understanding that it was my 65th birthday and that I wanted it to be special. She also took into account that I had other family members and friends for whom I was making enquiries and advised me to have them contact her or any member of her team. I brought my sister to the Beckenham branch and specifically requested Kiera's assistance in booking flights and accommodation for her and her partner, which resulted in my sister booking for two passengers. Kiera also attended to the needs of my other friends and family, leading to 30 additional bookings, all to the same destination, the Riu Bambu Hotel in the Dominican Republic, to celebrate my birthday with me.
Beckenham Tui - highly recommended, five stars plus I would like to thank the team at Tui in Beckenham for making it so easy to find the perfect holiday. I have booked directly in store since 2018 and it is all part of my holiday experience. The team are all friendly, knowledgeable and take the time to provide an exceptional service. There is lots of choice on flights and hotels, definitely something for everyone. They also have loads of excursions and tours to choose from which are really enjoyable and reasonably priced. Overall, their holidays are great quality and real value for money. They are the experts and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Special thanks to Chloe for being a total superstar, for going above and beyond and for always knowing exactly what I love in a holiday.
Jean gave us a lot of help in choosing a holiday to suit our needs. She has a lot of patience and is very professional. All the other staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this store particularly if you don't like booking holidays on line. It's good to speak to people that know what they are talking about.

Vikki went above and beyond to help my family arrange their holiday this year, we have a disabled daughter and nothing was too much for her to make sure that the hotel met our needs. The whole process was absolutely stress free she did it all for us. She kept us up to date with certain information throughout the booking. She is by far the most friendly, patient, professional travel agent we have ever dealt with. So much so that we have referred our family and friends to help them with their holidays, Which she has.
