This company is linked to serenity travels same physical address and same services, who as I speak have just scammed my sister and her family who spent two years saving for a trip that they cannot take anymore. They pretended to book their flights and didn’t. They were stranded at the airport and found out they have no booking to start with. Several calls and about 5 days of follow up they have promised to issue the tickets at no avail. How cruel can you be
I had recently availed the services from Perfect Umrah, for Umrah Trip. I had interacted with Mr. Asif Ali, who helped me in getting Umrah Visa/Flights/Hotel Bookings and Ground Transportation, in Saudi Arabia. I had fairly good experience. Mr. Asif was quite helpful and flexible in terms of providing us options, for flights/hotel bookings as per our requirements. He remained in touch with us throughout our trip, and was available to respond to any queries at any time. Had a very nice experience and will recommend them, for any Umrah related bookings/plans.
Some of the good things about this booking were that Hilmand was very accommodating with the booking choices ensuring to get flights according to my work schedule. He made sure that the hotels were a convenient location. I found him quite trustworthy and honest as a person straight from the beginning I did not feel pressured. I felt like I was speaking to somebody who is doing right by me. Another good trait was that he was very quick to respond to my messages and picked up the phone and helped with any worries which was really helpful. He help me with any fears I had all the way up to the flight as this was my first umrah. He reassured me not to be too anxious and that all will be well and it was. He arranged good safe transport with a good company, I felt safe travelling in a group of 2 girls. Visa came in enough time. We could message over WhatsApp if there were any concern.
