   Been coming here for ~3 years and its still my favourite in Edinburgh! Love the sundubu jjigae and cheese dak galbi (if im hungry enough to do it justice!) Love the simple clean atmosphere. Only thing to note is if you come in groups >4 might be hard to find space. I usually come here alone or in a pair so its perfect :)

   I’m from Korea, and this was truly delicious. I get frustrated when Korean food is overly influenced by other countries’ tastes—especially Chinese or Vietnamese styles—but this place serves authentic, traditional Korean food. If you want to see and taste humble, genuine Korean cuisine, this is the place to go.

   Been coming here since my uni days and haven’t grown bored or got let down by the food once. Their menu has become minimal over the years which is the only shame, but understandable as it’s more like a family/home meal diner. Would particularly recommend the KFC, kimichi pancake, gimbap, bibimbap and stews - my partner also loves their chicken rice. My absolute favourite (has changed over the years as their menu evolves) now is their spicy seafood soup stew. It is SPICY and piping HOT but oh my god so flavourful and good. A very filling meal as it comes with complimentary rice. I would always finish the last drop in the bowl. Service is always good. Think they also do a student/cash discount. Would usually spend £10-20 per person here and hope they keep the prices this way! Overall always one of my favourite Korean restaurants in town.

   I guess it's considered authentic in spirit, however the execution isn't good enough. The sundubu jiggae is a little flat, and the chicken with cheese marination doesn't penetrate. For Edinburgh Korean food, this is alright. I just have high standards 10% off if students pay with cash

   Homely food and atmosphere. We had pork kimchi jigae and ttukbaegi bulgogi (what you can see in the video) which were both hearty and superbly flavoured. Very reasonably priced. Rice was perfect. Also they were very accomodstjng to my gf partner. Pop in for lunch or dinner if you've got a chance - you won't regret. Will be going back here soon!

   We had seafood&onion pancake, and sweet chili chicken, which are all tasty! Authentic Korean food~ As an asian, I've tried many korean restaurants, this one leaves me very good impression, and I'll definitely come back.

   We had pork Kimchi jigae and Korean fried chicken with sweet chili sauce. They don’t have a sauce without “sweet” and it wasn’t particularly spicy…bummer. We still enjoyed it. Jigae was good. Would have liked more kimchi in it. They do not serve all the small side dishes like in traditional Korean homes/restaurants so in good conscience I cannot give 5 stars. I will go back there to try other dishes.

   Second time trying Korean food, in my opinion it was good. The sweet chill fried chicken with nuts on top was delicious and definitely would get it again (3/5). The katsu curry was well presented and tasted delicious (4/5). The only issue was that we waited around 20 to 30 minutes to get a table.

   Finally I found authentic flavor Korean restaurant. I never ever seen 낙지 in the UK! I didn’t expect much, it was really impressive. I thought i was in Korea. The amount of food is great and delicious. However, don’t understand payment rule. Only weekend lunch= Cash only………?
