   I had an amazing time on the Japan Adventure 13 day trip! Everything was so well organised and I felt very taken care of throughout it all. We visited many unique places which I wouldn’t have known about otherwise - from cultural spots to funky little bars - it was a well rounded experience. Of course, Lachie, our amazing tour guide, was the heart of the group. He’s an incredible person with such a bubbly and outgoing spirit. He was a pleasure to be around and made the trip that much better! Can’t wait for my next trip with Intro! :)

   My first trip solo travelling in Asia was nothing short of spectacular. I initially considered booking everything independently. I’m very glad I didn’t as the Thai Experience trip was 100% stress free. The accommodation was classy, and the activities organised will live long in the memory. The group were top notch with a great mixture of personalities. Tanya and Nat were excellent tour guides who spoke so passionately about Thailand, as they should as it is a top notch country with great culture, wildlife, food, and booze (specifically the iconic Chang Beer). What truly made the trip so special was our group leader Selina. With such infectious enthusiasm and great sense of humour, she was truly the heart of the group who brought everyone together making the holiday so memorable.

   I recently did the Thailand Intro 12-day tour in mid-November with a friend. We were part of a group of 18, and although I was initially unsure about travelling with such a large group, it turned out to be a fantastic bunch of people — even with the unsettled weather during the first week. The itinerary offered a great mix of activities; the cooking class and Thai boxing were definite highlights. The locations were well balanced for a 12-day trip, though I’d personally suggest one less day in Ko Pha-Ngan and an extra day in Ko Phi Phi. I’d also recommend staying an extra night at the end of the tour to really make the most of your time there. Our tour leader, Tash, was brilliant. She greeted us with a hug on arrival and was incredibly organised, supportive, and upbeat throughout. She kept morale high (especially when it rained!) and always got everyone excited for the day’s activities and nights out. At 37, I’m a little older than the usual demographic, but Tash made me feel completely included from the start. She was also great when my friend and I wanted to do some independent exploring, offering suggestions on places to eat or visit, and helping us sort our onward travel without any stress. I also loved our little ‘fact exchanges’, sharing interesting bits of geography, history, and culture along the way. Thanks for an amazing time, Tash!

   The Philippines 17 Day Explorer Tour was an epic experience from start to finish. Our group leader Courtney made the experience even more unforgettable through her inclusion and responsibility for each and every person in the group. Courtney's communication and attention to detail throughout the entire tour was excellent. Given the hugely diverse group she made everyone's experience effortless, her passion, drive and commitment for what she does was obvious throughout. The Philippines has shot right up to number one of the most beautiful places in the world I have been fortunate enough to visit. I cannot recommend this trip enough and if you're lucky enough to have Courtney as your group leader it will be a truly unforgettable experience. I will be back!

   I had an absolutely amazing time on the 13-day Philippine Island Explorer trip! The itinerary was incredible, with highlights like Canyoneering and the Coron to El Nido boat expedition—both unforgettable experiences. Our group leader, Courtney, was fantastic. She was friendly, energetic, and went above and beyond to ensure everyone had an amazing and safe experience. She had great knowledge about each place we visited and was always sharing fun facts about the country. She was also incredibly helpful with planning onward travel at the end of the trip, which made everything so much easier. A huge thanks to Intro and Courtney for creating such a memorable trip. This trip to the Philippines was truly unforgettable, and I can’t recommend it highly enough!

   Just finished the first Japan tour after covid and it was amazing! Our group leaders were the most friendly and supportive people and made the experience so much better! The tour had a perfect combination of activities and time to relax. I absolutely adored my tour group, definitely will be doing more intro travel tours in the future! Highly recommend!

   This is the 2nd trip I've done with intro travel and I still plan to do more. This trip to croatia was exceptional. I had the most amazing time. Our tour group leader Anna was awesome. She was so much fun, always in a good mood and made everything amazing. The boat was awesome as well along with the crew members on it. I would highly recommend this tour. Every stop along the tour was beautiful and had so much history. The night life was fun and one of a kind, from the rave cave to the fortress.

   WOW what an amazing 10 days on the new Croatia tour. Firstly, Croatia is everything and more and seeing it by boat is the best way to do it. The trip is a perfect mixture of activities, sightseeing and partying and offers something for everyone. We were a very diverse group of 22 but all found common ground in our love for travelling - your group really do make your trip. Lastly, Anna was just the best tour guide/mate/mum you could possibly need and the trip wouldn’t have been the same without her. THANK YOU for your hard work, good vibes and cringe jokes (they’ll be missed). The only negative thing I have to say about this trip is the hostel on the first and last night of the tour. It is through no fault of Anna’s or Intro’s but the hostel is extremely unorganised so you have to be prepared to be in rooms with randoms and get very little sleep. Anna tried to give the hostel a heads up to ensure they knew we were coming but they failed to meet her requests and had us waiting around for some time for missing keys and checking which rooms had beds free. I’d much rather stay further out in a nicer accommodation as the hostel really is no match for how amazing the boat is. However even after this, I still feel the trip and Anna are worth 5 stars and I’ll definitely be looking to book another trip with Intro in the future!

   A fantastic and well organised tour of Vietnam. I enjoyed every minute and did not have to worry about a thing. Brad was a great leader, always making sure we are happy, very informative, and full of energy. Would recommend to solo travellers as a great way to make friends whilst touring a beautiful country!

   I went on the new Croatia tour and it was AMAZING! I travelled alone, which I had never done before and felt slightly nervous. But Anna, the tour leader, was exceptional! She made everyone feel welcome and included and she is soooo much fun too! The trip itself is breathtaking, sailing along the coast seeing the most beautiful places, stopping at different stops to swim, eat, explore and party! Was an amazing mix of activities and the people were amazing! Loved it! Totally recommend!
