   We booked a holiday through Infinity cruises which should have included a transfer from Memphis to New Orleans aboard the daily Amtraks train, only to be told the train was cancelled, luckily we had enough money to book a greyhound bus to New Orleans at our expense, but with no correspondence from the company we tried to get a refund of Infinity Cruises who booked it in part of our deal, They initially apologised and said we'd get refunded for the cancelled train and also for the bus ticket, but now we've been told unless we can prove it was cancelled they won't pay, as we may be fraudsters I wonf be using this company again

   We booked a cruise for February 2025 with Infinity Cruises but unfortunately my husband was diagnosed with cancer and is currently having chemotherapy. I rang Dave from Infinity Cruised to explain the situation and asked if we could move the holiday or change the names on the booking. He was extremely unhelpful and not interested in helping in any way whatsoever. We have now lost our £2000 deposit . We will not be booking or recommending this Company under any circumstances . We had a holiday booked with Affordable Luxury Travel to South Africa in November this year and Louise has been amazing in arranging to move this holiday to next year .

   Just returned from a holiday booked through this company and we had multiple problems from cancelled transport, broken down train, missed flight connections, lost luggage. Although I understand that the company couldn’t be held accountable for all these disasters they could have been more helpful with refunds and compensation. The expenses we incurred because of the disruption have not nearly been covered by the refund we have been offered. I can only judge a company by their actions when things go wrong and they definitely did not get near my expectations so would not use them again nor would I recommend them

   I made contact with Mike at Infinity Cruises, on behalf of my party of 4 (2 in their 80’s and 2 in our 70’s) He could not have been more helpful and efficient in booking flights from Edinburgh, our chosen Celebrity Cruise and our return private transfers from Southampton Airport to Southampton Cruise Terminal. His guidance through the booking process was greatly appreciated. Confirmation of the arrangements arrived via email very quickly. I would recommend Infinity Cruises without hesitation. Hope you are as lucky as we were and Mike will answer your call.

   This is a great company to deal with. Kenny the guy who helped us plan our next cruise was second to none. He came up with ideas that we hadn’t thought of and as a result the whole package was streamline and cheaper. Well done Kenny!

   DON'T USE INFINITY CRUISES! We unfortunately booked 2 holidays at the same time with Infinity. We paid just under £10,000. The photos are from the hotel Tritone in Buenos Aires that Infinity put us in. We are dreading the next holiday in May! We spent hours on the phone with Figo and Manan trying to resolve various issues with both holiday bookings. They are a very unprofessional and unresponsive company. The original bookings did not specify hotels, flights etc. They would be confirmed. However, when I found we had been given 2* hotels instead of the 3/4* hotels that we'd paid for the problems really began. Infinity say that their supplier will not allow them to book the usual chain hotels, such as the Novotel, Marriott, Holiday Inn etc. So they put you into back street 'hostels' which are cheap and nasty. Not the experience you hope for! I have sent Infinity a detailed email and attached many photos to document the problems with the hotels we had on the first holiday and they refuse to respond. Once Infinity have your money they are not interested! We will never use Infinity again and would caution anyone not to waste their precious time and money with such a dreadful company!
