   Walked Starbucks today, it was absolute state the tables looked like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks, the floors and tables were sticky and upstairs was no better. The wait time was unnecessarily long and there was three members of staff standing around chatting as if there was nothing to do, which was far from the truth. Spillages everywhere and not one member of staff even attempting to clean anything at all. There was a boy sat in the corner crying ( wouldn’t be surprised if it was because of the disgusting state of the place) overall the drinks were average, the service was terrible, and the environment is the most disgusting I’ve seen ever, I will not be returning nor will I be recommending to anyone, do better Starbucks and get some new staff.

   Came here as hubby likes the fruit toast. It's expensive for a ¾ full tall late. I'd already had to correct 2 mistakes couldn't be bothered on a 3rd time. Would I come back? I won't on my own only if fruit toast is required!!

   Staff are not friendly at all - they serve you coffee like they are making a favour to you! Sad face, lack of hospitality manners, when you go to sit upstairs, the tables are full of empty mugs...no one comes to clean or collect them - the customer needs to do this job themselves if they want to sit on a clean table - happen to me many times here - I only come here for the upstairs view as I find it relaxing..... advise: change your attitude to better and you will be praised for it!

   The dirtiest Starbucks I’ve ever seen. Tables and tables covered in half empty cups. Visible time stamps on them from hours ago. Many areas visibly not been properly cleaned in ages (e.g. floors and stairwells). Well below the standard I would expect

   Tables are never ever cleaned at this place. I've not been to this particular Starbucks in a long time and nothing has changed. As they say " some things never change". Furthermore, I had to wait approximately 12 minutes for a cup of latte when there wasn't even a proper queue. I wouldn't recommend this place for a coffee

   More of a take out than sit in perhaps, but all the usual features and the same great drinks. Plenary of space for a wheelchair, but today I managed with my sticks and the seating is either very low or perch on a bar stool. Staff seemed helpful and polite and makes it good place to sit and stare out at the busy world.
