   We work with Charley on a regular basis as she takes care of our very important guests, who spend time in London before or after their stay with us in the Dorset countryside. This year we experienced her services first hand with an amazing tour of the London Christmas lights with her amazing and friendly black cab driver, Graham and a food tour of Borough Market with her beautiful and interesting tour guide, Jasmin. Both were outstanding with their wonderful personalities and service, so much so that we can’t wait for our future guests to meet them. Working with businesses like Totally Tailored is so important for us as we need to know that our guests will be well taken care of. We have had nothing but 5 Star reviews from them all year!!    Had an wonderful day trip with Oz. We visited Windsor Castle and Bath. Oz did a great job. He communicated well which made meeting up a breeze. He was very knowledgeable and enjoyable to talk to. We loved everything about our day touring. I would definitely book with them again.

   We traveled as a family with our 6 yr old and 8 yr old and all had a wonderful time! The tour went far beyond our expectations and was tailored to our needs. From the pick-up at our apartment to drop off at the end of the day, everything was executed with professionalism and care. We felt more like friends than customers. You will be selling your British experiences short if you do not sign up for a tour with Charlie and the gang. If you are traveling with children don't forget to ask to see a 'monkey nut' (what Americans call peanuts).

   You will not be disappointed! We did the Harry Potter tour and Bletchley Park. (2 different days) and were EXTREMELY IMPRESSED! We will use them again in the future. Our 21 year old Harry Potter FAN could not stop talking about how much fun she had. Thanks!
