   I can’t express enough how beneficial this trip to Umrah has been. It’s not just about performing Umrah, but truly understanding the rights and significance connected to this sacred act.    I traveled with my wife and children for Umrah during the October half-term with One Call Travel and it was an absolutely blessed and well-organised experience. Brother Yasin, went above and beyond to ensure that every part of the journey was smooth, comfortable, andmost and in full accordance with the Qur’an and Sunnah. From the very beginning, Brother Yasin handled everything with professionalism and sincerity. He provided clear guidance on each step of the Umrah process, ensuring we performed our acts of worship correctly and with understanding. His advice was always rooted in authentic teachings, which made the spiritual side of our trip even more meaningful. The hotels in both Makkah and Madinah were close to the Haramain.    Absolutely fantastic service provided by one call travels. In short, we were recommended by family and friends and after our own experience, we will go onto recommending to more family and friends! It was our first time travelling for pilgrimage and first time travelling during the pandemic. We contacted br Yasin who was more than happy to spend time explaining the umrah process. Not just the logistics but he also spent time on explaining the importance of such a journey from an islam perspective, using only credible sources and strict sunnah and Quran guidance and put us at ease from the off. The booking was easy, every process (covid tests, locator forms etc) that needed to be carried out by us (passengers) was clearly noted and communicated to us by Yasin which was very much appreciated. The hotels booked and the transportation (5* coaches) were second to none. Lastly, the education, experience and knowledge that pilgrims receive from br Yasin and one call travels team is brilliant. Brother Yasin was an incredible and extremely knowledgable guide, who also gave us great reminders at the end of each day and taught myself a great deal. He went above and beyond for each and every person within our group, may Allah (SWT) be pleased with him for the work he is doing for our ummah. Especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, which has made visiting Medina and Makkah quite challenging, Brother Yasin was able to structure our trip very well.
