I am leaving this review as to showing & telling use that I have traveled to Saudi for umrah around about 9 times in total Alhamdulilah with the grace of Allah(swt) I have used many different companies but I have to say Hasan Travels & Tours as bin by far the best the support,help & the guide tour was amazing! From the get go they have made me enjoy relax & educated me all the way! There is so much I can say about this group tour but just to cut the long story short you will not be disappointed with this group. Hassan packages Is literally the best decision you can make. You know your in the best hands with them. They take precise care and make every detail and every hour of your journey super special and a moment to remember. They are super friendly, easy to get along with and ensure you are put with the best people in your room and with your families from the begginining to the very end. Everyone goes on about Al Bait packages however all the people who chose this didnt have such a personal special experience as we did. There are times they hardly sleep and they are putting so much hard work in the background but they never let you feel their tiredness or anything. They explain everything in detail, there for you every minute of the day, help you out in seconds of messaging them or ringing them. Even in the London seminar we were given so much time and they fed us so much already, I was not expecting that at all. We all had such a good experience and felt like they were family we were truly sad to leave their side. I highly recommend you to choose them, you will not regret it one bit. Also I must add the amount of gifts and bottles and all the things they provide is endless so please don't buy bottles and umbrellas. They also prepare your cards ensure to send out reminders on the group and check up on you. It's amazing. People say Hajj is hard but hand held on heart I didn't feel much of that at all and I truly believe it was because it was Hassan travels.
Alhamdulillah I have been fortunate enough to go both Hajj and Umrah with Hassan travels and I can honestly say, they are the best travel agency to go with. Me and my family have no faults against their whole family and they provide the best service to everyone. 5 years ago my family went Hajj with them and we were amazed at how much they took care of us all and the service they provided. We knew that when we were going to return for Umrah we HAD to go with them as we were so confident they would take care of us and we would have no issues with them. Alhamdulillah, we just got back from umrah with them, and I didn't know it was possible to be more amazed at their service. Ma'Sha'Allah. They were with us from start to end and took us to many places via coach, also taught us soooooo much about mecca and Madinah. Loved it so much. I spent months and months searching for the best company to take my parents to Hajj. I had very little knowledge about how Hajj packages worked and needed a lot of guidance. From the very first day I spoke on the telephone to this company, every concern I had was eradicated. Hasan Travel is run by a family who go above and beyond what is expected of them to ensure every single pilgrim is supported and their every need is catered to. There is not a single aspect of this company which is below 5 stars and it is worth every single penny and more. I don't see how any company could top them - from the hospitality to the hotels to the historical tours... I genuinely cannot recommend Hasan Travel enough.
How does one describe the experiences from a journey of a lifetime? Whilst the memories of my first Hajj journey will live with me for a lifetime InshaAllah I will try and briefly articulate the role played by my chosen Hajj provider Hasan Hajj Tours in enabling me, my wife and mother in law to fulfil one of the fundamental pillars of our faith. Hasan Hajj was recommended to me my friends performed Hajj with them in 2016 and to me I felt as if the quality of the service we received even exceeded the excellent experiences they had if it was possible. This shows sign of a service/business that truly takes the responsibility of hujjaj's Hajj journey experience with a focus on continual improvement and enhancement year on year. I am still astonished how Hasan family provided such an excellent service to nearly 320 Hujjaj so smoothly from an organisational and logistical perspective and with so much humility and humbleness that at times felt like we were on a family journey together. The Hasan brothers would go out of their way to help ensure all needs were met whether it's ensuring our Saudi sims were set-up, accompanying us to the tailors, providing endless supply of honey, ginger and lemon to help manage the inevitable Hajji coughs. They led with clear communication and pre-journey preparation activities and information to cultivating a sense of purpose and focus during the Hajj journey whilst ably managing and balancing the diverse expectations of a vast group. Bravo! May Allah reward the Hasan family for truly making us feel a member of their families Hajj journey and May Allah continue to give them strength and barakah in able to continue providing this wonderful service to the Muslim ummah in Uk. My wife and I went Hajj with Hasan Travel & Tours this year (2019). This is a family run business who are all friendly, approachable and fluent in many languages including Arabic. They are also supported by other knowledgeable Sheikhs and staff who are based in Saudi familiar with local logistics. We had a truly wonderful journey and were well prepared even before our journey started. Great service, we felt looked after at every stage.
Alhamdulilah we had the opportunity to book our Hajj invitation with Hasan Travel and Tours and we booked the silver package for 21 days. A very family friendly professional tour operator who were very clear about the packages with no stone unturned. Their advice was very helpful and honest which is why amongst others we choose Hasan Travel and tours. The price and package we got both me, my wife, brother and sister in law all felt it was great value for money, flight, half board, ziyarah, hotels double room in Makkah and Medina in 5* hotels. Everything we were told by the Hasan brothers is what we got during our staff to perform Hajj. We felt well looked after and care for as though we were one family all going on a visit and the staff supporting us all was from the Hasan family and a few experienced Islamic scholars with us. Prior to going to perform Hajj the advice and information we received via email, newsletters, seminars and conference were excellent as they prepared you mentally and spiritually to be ready to perform the ‘Journey of a lifetime Hajj’. Every aspects of the logistical planning was amazing and you could see the years of experience and professionalism in the company which made everyone feel at ease that you were in trusted hands. I cannot recommend highly Hasan Travel and Tours for anyone looking for a professional, reputable, honest, honest pricing and family friendly Hajj operator.
