   Would give it a 0 but that’s not possible so they get a 1. man on the other line was not helpful at all and sought any chance to poke fun at me which I thought of as very odd. was very shocked by the lack of professionalism and maturity. thus not surprised about the largely negative reviews here. I am surprised though that they’re still in business. wouldn’t recommend.

   Great customer service from all at Milfa. The company helped me get 2 direct flights from LHR to ZYL. The helped get the cheapest price and direct flights. A* Service and I definitely recommend.

   DONT BOOK WITH THEM 2 Years to refund around 90% of refund Charged Admin fees on top illegally according to Citizens advice. Remember this company would have claimed government help during closure and these people are vultures with money. They haven't paid the remaining money which they needed to around £750 pounds and the admin fees they subtracted are about 700/800 which of course they haven't paid. They blackmailed my family of around 19 ppl into not paying for writing a review a while ago unless deleted. They refused to forward email proof of their excuses that the hotel's hadn't refunded them yet two years on (when they are using these hotels for others Umrah if course they have been paid) Many people must have made dua against companies like this which is why hajj is now through a different system and it will be affecting many travel agent business and hopefully this business which deserves it due to bad customer service. Unprofessionalism. They spoke horribly and said they can't wait to be sued they would pay back in pennies acknowledging I would win. When another family member phoned they said they ignored phone calls from me on purpose. I am a professional and I sent letters as per legal advice templates etc and spoke professionallly. They are misogynistic because they never took me seriously. Quoting the law doesn't work with these people. I wanted to sue them however my family said let God deal with them instead and to not waste my time.

   I got my tickets booked through Muhib brother Fantastic response, very reliable and professional. I couldn't have expected any better during these extremely uncertain covid times. If you are looking for hassle free travel, you can depend on Milfa travels. I'm very grateful to Mr. Muhib for helping me with this.

   I booked three ticket with them to go bangladesh just before pandemic. After government announce pandemic and all the corona virus outbreak i decided not to go bangladesh. I left a deposit of 600 pounds. They kept my 500 pounds and said this is airline cancelation fees. I was shocked. They explained to me when they book the ticket, they pay on behalf of me. So now they have to pay cancellation fee to them. I feel like i been conned. I just lost 500 pounds to those con man travel agency. I cant believe some bengalis can go so low to deceive people. Im loosing faith from my own country people. No matter where they are, all they want to con people. My advise to people is do not pay any deposit or advance to these conman as you will never get it back if you change your mind with your journey. They will come up with some random policies to take your money. Stay safe and avoid milfa travels.
