Lost my wife’s luggage and my 76 year old father in-laws luggage en route from madinah to Makkah. When asked about it, they blamed us when we were told to leave our bags outside the hotel room and someone would collect them. We did as we were told and they were collected however when we arrived to Mecca, our bags did not arrive and they told us it was our fault and nothing was done to rectify the issue. Please avoid!!
