   Londons worst travel agency you can get! Cannot provide a good service. Just after the money! When you call she does not response in a good manners shuts the phone on your face. And yells she has no right to explain! Disgusting attitude!

   Absolutely no customer service. Despite buying flight tickets from here they failed to give me a e-ticket number, I called and spoke to an employee to say that a need a e-ticket number to check in with turkish airlines via the turkish airlines website. The arrogant employee informs me that checking is not there problem and they don’t provide e-ticket number. When I question how am I suppose to check in without a e-ticket number they say they only sell the tickets and any problems I have I will need to go though turkish airline. Why have a payed commission to you when you provide no customer service. If you buy online directly you get a e-ticket number. As a third party booking on behalf of the customer they do get the e-ticket number but failed to give this to me when purchased in shop and even on the phone. Terrible after service only interested until the point of sale after that your on your own.
