Ordered a takeaway kebab and pizza. All was good until my daughter found a hair, cooked into the pizza. She couldn’t eat any more and it put me off the kebab too, to be honest Shame we normally have good food from here
No chance ! To cut it short tasteless as all hell asked for onion on the kebabs couldent be bothers to put it on. short extreamly small amount of meat for a £15.50 for a chicken meat and chips there should be a mound of meat for that price ! £10 delivery and the guy couldent be bothered to follow clear instructions on a delivery making me get out of a hot tub and walking 10 mins away to collect the delivery in the freezing cold! poor show! wouldent recommend atall and when I tried to explain to the delivery man he pretended he couldent understand me ! 3 people to eat a basic meal over £60 !! Utter crap should be shut down !
First time I ordered here, was great. The second time was a disaster! Waited over 1hr 20 minutes, to only receive one item of my order, I was told by the driver that the rest is on its way. When I called their shop, they were rude, didn't care, and asked me if I can go, as they are trying to make other orders. No sorry, no good will of gesture. If you're not happy in your job, way are you even there? I wont be ordering from here again!
Waited 2 hrs for an olive and feta cheese salad with a pomegranate sauce costing £6. They sent me a tray of Lettuce and Cucumber. I just spent £6 for what you see in the photo! Rang the restaurant to complain, they said they would give me a big discount on my next order. Ummm no thanks!
Unfortunately again, a very bad experience. We ordered two kebabs and chips. Costing £20.30 For collection. One been a mixed donna and chicken donna. The other one been a shish chicken kebab. Both pitta bread are inedible due to the fact, the salad was soaking wet and had destroyed the pitta bread. To the point water/juices, etc ran out on the takeout box all over the chip and inside the bag. The chicken part of the mixed kebab, was so over cooked/dried out, It was like eating biscuits. The chilli sauce on the mixed kebab, well what they called chilli sauce was just sour/vinegary and salty with mainly tomatoes in it. There was no real flavour or spice. The chicken shish kebab was so very bad, the chicken was rubbery with no flavour to it, with the very minimal of garlic mayonnaise sauce and soaking wet pitta bread from the wet salad, the chicken shish kebab 100% inedible. Just very disappointing. This is the second time we have used this restaurant, there will not be a third time.
Just Ordered a chicken donner kebab and it came with no pitta bread or sauce don't no why. ordered a kids donner meat meal and got about 20 chips and the meat has no colour and dose not looked cooked properly so it went in the bin so not happy.
Ordered a large lamb shish kebab from here via Uber eats. Food was delivered quickly, but the quality was poor. Chips were soggy and insipid. Over half of the lamb pieces were tough, chewy, and inedible. Thrown in the bin.
Awful!! 2:45 minutes for delivery, stone cold food delivered in smashed up boxes. Tatsed bad and they dont want to entertain they did anything wrong. Read the reviews. 3 stars, we should of known better. If you have ordered off these before , leave your review, im sure it will be similar
Ordered at 20:15, we called at 21:45 as the food still hadn't arrived. We were told it was just leaving and then at 22:30 the food finally arrived. They gave us a free bottle of coke for it being so late but this didn't help with the lukewarm and poor quality food. Not surprising they have a 3 on the food hygiene rating.
