    They are super reliable and trustworthy. Highly recommended. We always book our flights online (being a millennial as we are). Unfortunately, we experienced a problem with the flight that we booked and we ended up being offloaded. Stressed and depressed, we contacted our aunt in Wales. Good thing, she recommended Byaheng Pinoy and introduced us to Ms. Lyn who is the one who assisted us. Even if it is already end of her shift when we contacted her, she still stayed with us until we find the earliest and cheapest available flight to replace our missed flight. She even helped us make sure that our returning flight (which is part of our original booking, not booked from them) will not have a problem. She understands what Pinoy travelers need when it comes to visa, connecting flights, budget etc. When she advised us to be careful next time when we are booking online, I told her, from now on, I would just book all our future travels through her.
