    Booked a family holiday to Africa for the summer holiday with this company and Nafesia was really helpful with our booking and patient with the whole process. Only reason, I’ve given a four star is that Nafesia and Co need to work on responding back at a timely manner. Her responding time is not top notch but with organisations and a time frame to respond, I’ll be able to get the answer I need in no time - I understand she also has other clients. Other than that Nafesia is good at what she does, tells you everything you need to know. Would definitely recommend Nafesia and the company. I would 100% come back for future travels. Thank you!

    Nafisa is really polite but give me so much head ache for the past 2 years she won't give my money back make so much excuse , and at the end she didn't give the full amount . I will report her as fraud soon . I will not recommend this agency to anyone . She won't answer the call and reply to the messages until she makes you beg . Please don't give your money to them .
