The visa process and travel arrangements were smooth, and the hotels in both Makkah and Madinah were clean, comfortable, and very close to the Haramain. Our tour guide, Rizwan Hussain was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He provided clear instructions, religious reminders, and assisted everyone in the group, Transportation was always on time, and the team communicated every detail clearly through WhatsApp. What I appreciated most was their honesty and the attention given to our comfort and spiritual experience.My family and I very safe, supported, and well taken care of throughout the journey.    I came to perform umrah with my son, who is 17 years old. This is his first umrah trip, and I wanted him to have the best experience in sha Allah. Bluestone Travel Ltd was recommended to me by my brother and alhamdulillah, this has been an amazing experience for both myself and my son. The umrah guide was holding my sons hand throughout the course, and it was a peaceful experience. Apart from umrah, we had guided tours to places of significance in Islam. Barrister Rizwan Hussain was our tour guide, a very knowledgeable man indeed. His calm and precise briefing allowed us to journey in time of our Prophet (PBUH), alhamdulillah. Overall, we were well looked after, and anyone who is after a spiritual as well as an educational experience, I would highly recommend Bluestone and their team.

   The guide was very knowledgeable and shared lots of useful information. They took great care of everyone, ensuring we were fed, had rest breaks, and were very patient with the elderly. They also accommodated both English and Bangla speakers and even arranged the hotel so our group could stay together in one room, which was very thoughtful. The schedule was a bit tight at times, so a little more rest time would be nice. I’d also suggest for umrah package everyone reading up beforehand to better connect with the seminars. Overall, enjoyable experience Alhamdulillah.

   We had a brilliant experience with Bluestone travel and would highly recommend them for their amazing umrah packages and service. Package was top class tailored to our needs with hotels nearby to the masjid and Kabab facing in Makkah and Madina alhamdulillah. From the pick up us at the airport to the hotels everything was brilliant and support we received from the staff was excellent. Rubel Bahi used to call us very other day to find out how we were doing and if we need any help and support, he always provide us with additional advice that we needed and kept us updated with all the changes that was happening in Makkah and Madina and information we needed. Provide us with best guide and transportation service to show us around, Thame us to Madina and drop us to the airport. We have traveled before with Bluestone and Will definitely be using this service again in the near future inshaAllah. I would highly recommend everyone who is intending for Umrah or Hajj to book with Bluestone. Thank you !

   Alhamdulillah we had a great trip. We were looked after and taken to our hotel. Overall it was a great experience and they made us feel assured at all times. You may have seen someone mention about not being able to take zam zam water back home. I can assure that the travel group leader made it clear that we may/may not be able to take the water. In the past Saudi Airlines have allowed it on occasion. Unfortunately on our occasion we were not able to, but were made clear of this possibility due to constant policy changes. Buy at own risk, but its probably best not to in my opinion Jazakallah to BlueStone Travel for your kind service towards my family and I.
