   This restaurant forced an employee to work completely alone during an insane Doordash rush. The business’s excuse is that “key members of the team were sick.” As a general manager of a restaurant myself, the response should have been: owners come in to help, workers from other stores should be recruited to help, and the PROMOTION SHOULD HAVE BEEN PAUSED. This girl was so unbelievably stressed trying to keep up with LINES of tickets while having to send Doordashers away because she could not keep up. Some people did not get their orders. Not only that, but it’s extremely clear that this business also does not care about safety and even cleanliness. With her being the ONLY employee in the store, anything could have happened. It is an extremely common handbook rule at ANY workplace that workers cannot be in restaurants alone for safety reasons. How would she have been cleaning to standard with this mess going on? How would restrooms be getting cleaned? How would food prep surfaces be getting sanitized? How would she have the time for any of that? What if something dangerous happened? Genuinely, with this kind of customer flow, what if something got out of hand and she was the only person to deal with it? This business cares only about profit and it is disgusting. I hope she quit, she deserves better. Owners should be ashamed that this was allowed to happen. Ridiculous.

   Honestly the food isn't tasty for the price, is cold, and doesn't taste fresh. The katsu curry is more like a soup than a plate, and every time I go I find myself wishing I just went to Yo Sushi instead. Also avoid the dumplings like the plague.

   First ever visit - absolutely loved it. The food was hot n seemed freshly prepared and it was oh-my-god delicious. The sauces offered on their table are vegan and taste damn good with the noodles, must try. The ambience of the restaurant is also beautiful, serene and tidy. They have good veg options. The staff helped me understand the items on menu, as all of it was new to me. I'm glad I tried Itsu.

   Itsu is lovely, the staff always very efficient and pleasant, plenty of seating areas and fresh and delicious food. Well lit and with charging points by the seating areas, views out on Cabot circus and recycling for the containers, includes a good veggie range. Highly recommend.

   I had a rice bowl with katsu (non fried) chicken and it was amazing! The egg was done to perfection and unexpectedly was one of the best meals I have had in a long time and at a very affordable price. I wish we had one closer to my local area because this was a great meal, very quick, healthy and had all the calories and macros clearly visible which I believe makes me it much more appealing.
