    These guys made everything so easy for us, everything was on point and if anything was needed they were only one phone call away. Would recommend them to anyone who wants to go, especially if it’s your first time going like it was for us! The 1st time we used them they managed to get us a package during Ramadan for a price that would be considered cheap even outside of the Ramadan period let alone during it. The 2nd time I used them for an emergency and I contacted them on Thursday and they managed to find us an amazing package for 5 people and sorted our visas out in less than 5 hours and I was on the flight the next morning which was Friday. Once again the price was great considering how last second the booking was. I can’t recommend them enough!

    Excellent service from start to finish. Moklis kept us updated whenever the time came and made sure everything went smoothly. The hotels that were recommended where perfect for our needs. The price was competitive, and we where nicely surprised that we had nicer seats with more legroom and extra luggage allowance on the way back. We had a dedicated contact number in Makkah and Madina, which was good aswell. We had a slight glitch and this was eventually sorted. Overall everything went smoothly, and we will definitely be using One-time Hajj and Umrah again .

    Having read a negative review I felt compelled to write. We have used Ontime Hajj and Umrah for years now and always trust Brother Moklis to provide the best service from start to finish. We have highly recommended his services to family and friends without hesitation. This service is offered with a personalised approach providing the most competitive packages and prices taking into account personal preferences and requirements. Alhamdullilah we have now been booking with this company on a yearly basis. We had one year where we were messed around by a hotel and given the wrong room. Our refund by Ontime was processed really quickly without any issues. On our last umrah trip our hotel overbooked and brother Moklis was able to upgrade us to a better hotel free of charge. These experiences speak volume. We are able to contact the company for a personalised experience around the clock any day of the week and that is something hard to compete with. I can’t belittle someone else’s experience but I would never recommend a service that I didn’t fully believe in. We now book and pay months in advance and Alhamdullilah I’m always confident that our money and experience is safe in the hands of a company that goes over and beyond to make umrah a truly special experience for all involved.

    Me and my family went to Umrah with this agency earlier this year and it was a 5 star experience. The trip was smooth and very well organised and we had no issues. It was a surreal experience, not only due to us being in our holy city of course but due to how well the trip was organised and the service we received. A special thanks to Majid Bhai who went above and beyond for us ensuring our trip was as special as it could be. Could not reccommend this agency enough!!     I would highly recommend this service for anyone who is considering doing Umrah. My family used this company to book our trip earlier this year and they offered a tailored and bespoke service to meet our needs.     My family and I have been using other travel agencies for Hajj and Umrah from 1999 and we've been blessed to have gone to Hajj and Umrah around 30 times so far alhamdulillah, yet the experience we had with Ontime Hajj and Umrah has outperformed the others by far. The only regret is that we didn't discover this agency sooner. Brother Mokhlis was very helpful in every step of the journey. Any concerns or queries we had, he made sure he attended to our needs straight away and made it his priority.     Alhamdullilah we returned back from Umrah, On-Time Hajj and Umrah organised a personalised package with very good prices. From the flights, visa, transport, to hotels and ziyarat all was excellent. Moklis mama created a tailored package to meet our needs as we went as one group and then split with 2 members coming back early due to work. We did not have any stress and were able to focus on our religious duties, they provided me with several options, and always advised us on best. I definitely recommend their services! There was constant contact all from the time of booking to going to Saudi and till our return, all to ensure that we were comfortable and following the schedule. We use On-Time Hajj and Umrahs sister company for our annual family holiday for last few years but this was the first time using On-Time, both companies are great! Shahriar
