   ordered food, started realising lots of people after us got their food before we did, after waiting for half an hour got told about problem with the mcflurry machine of course. pair of twins who work here absolutely ignored me and my partner trying to get their attention got the food and it was cold obviously because the twins on the counter was absolutely useless and also left the counter unattended which i think is unprofessional and he was utterly useless and plain rude, also place is full of flies and stinks which does put you off your food

   Hello, I am not going to to use my real name so for this I’m going to call my self R . When we first arrived at McDonald’s it was fairly chill as the kids say. However this quickly escalated and it was absolute carnage. After between 40 minutes and 1 hour I finally received my meal. Then a straw was carelessly thrown at me. When I had my burger which was a Big Mac I opened it to reveal it only had a measly pathetic sad two pickles which were most definitely the end of a pickle. My chips were so salty I felt like a fish, not a fresh water fish, but a salt water fish because of how salty they were. Not only this my patty was hanging out of my burger absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. SORT THIS NOT NICE ESTABLISHMENT OUT!!!!

   After ordering my food, I drove out of the branch to find my burger was stone cold, when I reached home which isn't far away I opened my box of 20 nuggets to share only to discover they were they were black pepper and garlic when I only requested normal nuggets. I also requested BBQ sauce dips only to discover they hadn't been put in the bag. Nir great for a drive through!!! I tried calling the main number several times only to have my calls ignored.

   Ordered for delivery 1hr and 15 mins still not arrived so drove to restaurant and asked why it's taking so long explained that I've been waiting for over a hour for fast food and asked the manager that I've waited so would like the food out before any other orders he said ill give you a refund I'm not being told what to do by you. What rude customer service and the question I need to ask is why do you have kids as managers as a manager is a man's job. Put people in charge that have good customer experience and life experience. This is going to make good reading in the media with your staff named in my write up. Never going here again

   Food ok, Staff ok But the Delivery Drivers are a nightmare! Carpark nightmare! If you have to wait for your food that quite often happens you are asked to park in the carpark, Enter at your own risk as deliver drivers have a rule of their own! Watch out for the children crossing or walking to the building as they drive so fast in and out of there without a care. As for the parking along the road outside I think this is an accident waiting to happen. I always try and avoid this one only due to the delivery drivers not the food.

   Avoid, useless place. Constantly miss items of the orders or completely wrong all together. Too busy to go back through and waste even more of my time. Don't know why I'm surprised appears Mcdonald's only employs simple people with few brain cells. Management are even more basic.

   Honestly avoid at all cost, always rammed, usually around 30-45 min wait for food. Every time we have been here they have missed something off, normally it’s a share box of something. Multiple times they have missed my 20 nuggets or cheese sharebox. This hasn’t just been once or twice, it’s been multiple over many years. I’m just disappointed, wasted so much money on food I’ve never received, it’s always been too busy to go back in and complain. Sort the staff out to ensure we have our full order.

   Just returned home with two quarter pounder deluxe burgers to find that neither has a burger patty ! Hmm hash brown and salad in a bun ! Update; turns out it is chicken, dog was happy.
