    Bella is a liar. She has been lying since July about sending us our refund . She gives a lot of false promises and will say anything to get you off the phone . Each time you ask to speak to management she miraculously appears and is able to speak to you or she refuses to pass the phone to escalate the situation. Emma is another person that lies for her and also refuses to connect you to management. They will even lie about the cancellation policy and steal your money so they don’t refund you. Beware of this two people and this company.

    Poor customer service and fake promises. Also not refunding my money when asked. The person on the customer line says something different on the call and twists things while chatting.
