Went to renew passport but won't advise anyone to go back. Felt like you're in Bangladesh with freshie staff who're incompetent, illiterate, rude, not to mention unprofessional. They should've remained in Dhaka & not traveled on back of a lorry to UK. Avoid if possible.

Not very helpful. They are mainly a money transfer place rather than a travel agent. They don't know any holiday package or deal on top of their head. They just follow the kayak. It is a waste of time. Good at money transfer. So go there if you are interested to send money. Otherwise, don't go there.
