   How are you closing at 5pm for staff training 3 days before Christmas?!?! Arrived at 5:30, with opening hours meant to be til 7 to be met with a note saying shut for training. Then trekked all the way to Tui in Bluewater who apparently had no gift cards. Pretty miffed.

   Recently booked 2 trips with Jacqueline - Rome & Cyprus - she was so helpful and friendly. The whole experience from start to finish was professional, easy, and quick. Going forward, I will be booking all my TUI trips through the store. They handle any queries or questions you have, provide recommendations, and are just a genuinely lovely bunch - highly recommend.

   I recently booked a little getaway to Disneyland Paris with Anina. From the moment I spoke with Anina she was professional and knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions (and I had a lot!) She looked into various options for me, to enable I got the best package for my budget and for what we wanted our holiday to be, and I truly appreciate the time and effort she put into this. As I am not local to this store, Anina managed everything for me via email/phone which was really handy and very efficiently dealt with. I am so excited for our first family trip to Disney and very thankful to Anina for planning it for me!

   As we agreed a price for our holiday £4850 the rep input passenger details and the holiday suddenly increased by over £200. I was fuming. Although staff made calls to see what could be done, they were informed I was to pay £2700 if I was to cancel. Even though we agreed a price much lower, and the MANAGER CHECKED AND AGREED it had increased, I had no choice but to pay nearly £200 more. I have been in touch with BBC Watchdog and another, and am waiting for a reply, however they have acknowledge my complaint. I think this is disgraceful that a price can be AGREED only to increase just before payment IS MADE. I probably will not book with TUI again as I believe this is another scam. which has cost me and my family.

   Booked a holiday in this wonderful store last Saturday 11/03/2023, as soon as we walked in the store we knew we had picked the right place to book our family holiday. Angela was our rep who was so lovely, informative and very helpful and also she’s a credit to TUI. Will definitely be recommending this store to friends and family.

   I can’t praise the Crayford branch of TUI enough! I have booked my holidays through them for more than 10 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff are helpful, friendly and very professional, and I feel looked after whenever dealing with them. I have recently had a major issue with P&O, which is now sorted, but the support and help given by the store was amazing! While all the staff are great, I would like to praise Lee, the manager, for his support, and Evren, who I book all my holidays with. Evren’s knowledge of places and resorts is unrivalled. And the interest he takes in the needs of his clients is outstanding. He will always advise if the place I choose will be suitable for me and what I usually look for, which is a service that can’t be bought. Priceless!

   We spent a good 3 hours in store. We went in to book Spain for a week came away with a 2 week holiday to Mexico. The lady’s name was Helen. She was so helpful and very patient with us especially as we had our young children with us. Highly recommend going in to store to book. Have always booked my holidays with tui in crayford.

   We recently booked our Honeymoon with Tui Crayford and we couldn’t rave enough about how amazing our travel agent, Jessica, was. We had no idea where we wanted to go or what type of holiday to go on and Jessica was so patient and kind to us while we decided. Jessica gave us all the time in the world and we booked the most perfect holiday! It was so lovely to see how well all the staff in this shop get on and have such respect and humour between them! Will definitely be back to book our family holiday next year. Highly recommend Jessica!
