I have never been on a Cultural Breaks holiday but hope that the actual tours are markedly better than their totally useless customer service department. I've tried on numerous occasions to have my name removed from their mailing list, but am still receiving their brochures, which are now immediately deposited to my waste paper bin. As Cultural Breaks don't appear to have an email address I've rang their landline number, only to hear a recorded message saying no-one is available so leave a message. Ive never had the courtesy of a response, just a deafening silence. If someone at the Cultural Breaks end reads this PLEASE do me a favour and cease sending me any more correspondence.
