   Been going for years maybe 2 or 3 times a month. Recently it's been 3 or 4 times a week. I live with someone who has disordered eating and the pizzas were all he would consider eating at the moment - we obliged glad he was at least eating. Unfortunately we will find an alternative - today ordered at 6, at 6:45 updated to "delivering" 45 minutes later it we were delivered a freezing cold rubbery congealed pizza. I cant stress enough how out of order it is to send substandard food out. If staff cook something too early, better to cook a fresh edible one and be a little longer than sending out basically rubbish for people to bin, if the order spent 45 minutes in a car it's pretty obvious its going to be cold I can't comprehend treating repeat customers like this and they literally know they are doing it.

   Worst doner kebab I've ever had. Admittedly it was 11pm when I ordered but what i received was a deconstructed affair. A flatbread of some description with a dollop of Luke warm donner strips, that frankly tasted of nothing really, apart from very salty meat. In a plastic container I was given some salad. I was also given 2 small containers, one with a mild chilli sauce and another of a garlic type sauce too. I was then faced with the challenge of constructing it all myself. After I got through eating the first quarter I realised that it wasn't working for me and ended up throwing it in the bin. For the £10 or so I should have had fish and chips or headed instead to the nearby Chinese takeaway for a chicken chow mein. Lesson learned.

   This is a great chippy in Gilmerton area. It's very popular. I have been there many times and its always busy. They have many staff working there, so the waiting time is relatively short. The staff are very kind. The supper fish-n-chips is huge, crispy and very tasty. As an average guy I can hardly finish it. Inside the shop is very clean.

   We’ve had their food about three times in the last year of moving to the area. I like that they are open during the late hours. Their prices are fine, and their meals are okay. The most consistent thing we have had is the spicy chicken pizza, it’s tasty. The other foods worth considering are chicken pakora and chicken kebab. The most recent order was made over the phone and the person on the other end of the phone was courteous. The order was delivered on time. Let me also add that the previous order before this one was takeout, and I waited about 8 minutes, which I believe was reasonable. I do think they need some improvements in the quality of their chips which is why I gave the 4-stars. Overall a good place to get an assortment of meals for affordable prices.

   Really disappointing experience and food. Ordered online, got an email to confirm the order. Waited over 30 mins after the supposed delivery time to call them, and they claimed they tried to get in touch to say they don’t deliver to our area and that it’s not their fault, but rather it’s the website. Had no calls whatsoever. And I have been checking my phone constantly! Upon requesting the money back, they said I had to deal with the website which had NO option for getting the money back. Finally, my partner decided to go and pick up the food himself. Worst £30 spent ever. Greasy, fat soaked food, maybe worth £15 max. What a shame.

   DO NOT EAT HERE. GAVE ME FOOD POISONING. I HAVE BEEN IN AGONY EVER SINCE. Been coming for 15 years, gradually it’s been getting worse and worse until the other night. I have been sick ETC!!! Ever since can’t keep a thing down. Will never be back. Do not eat here.

   I ordered food through Just Eat 2 nights ago. My order went in around 18.10 and delivery was scheduled for 19.00 to 19.20. I got a message to say the driver was on the way so I kept an eye on the door. No sign of anything by 19.30 so I gave it another 10 minutes and phoned. I spoke to a girl who told me that the driver had said that my address didn't exist!!! (I've only lived here for 23 years!) and he had returned my order to the restaurant. She was adamant that the the address doesn't exist and wasn't going to do anything. The driver was out on another run. No offer to get a replacement meal was made so I told her that would be the last time I would order. I had to order food from somewhere else and their driver found me without a problem. It seems from the reviews that a lot of people are not happy with this place. It used to be such a good chippy. So Supperbowl - get your act together!!!

   Have used Supperbowl for many years, today one person saved the day from a potential disaster. Chantelle (apologies if spelt incorrectly) took my call when the ordering system had failed to send my order through and it had been a hour. Systems can fail, glitches do happen. Humans then make the difference, here is where chantelle turned into a superstar. She is a credit to the business and got my order to me hot and piping and the night was saved. Thank you so much, Supperbowl still the champion in the fish and chips game.

   Been using this shop 45yr approx! Ordered 2 fish supper, single fish, smoked sausage supper. Fish were tiny phoned and spoke to manager said they were having a problem with the fish told us there should have been 1and half fish but there wasn’t! Said I was to phone and get 2 FREE fish suppers so we phoned tonight and got one cheeky girl on phone and REFUSED to give us what we were promised!!!! Absolute disgrace! Lived here all our lives used them for all these years when I tried to phone back to speak to a manager as girl wouldn’t get one ….they blocked my number and my 86yr old mothers number. Pure disgusted. I will be coming into the shop and I WILL BE SPEAKING TO THE MANAGER! Want to speak to the organ grinder NOT the rude monkey!!!!!!!!!!! Deserves 0 stars! Manager/owner phone me asap!
