Moved to Larkhall in feb based on reviews I went to this shop. this was my first fish and chips big portion both special fish and battered I will be back for more could not complain at all
That was the worse carry out meal I have ever had the chips were cold the chicken was taste less that's the last order from Allanton gardens that they will ever get £14 to put in the bin
Gorgeous fish and chips. VOTED FOR YOUR BUSINESS ON SCOTTISH FISH AND CHIPS AWARDS 2025. Review 2 Spent over 45 minutes trying to order a delivery without any luck. Then tried to phone rang for 8 minutes. Very disappointed
We use this chip shop weekly, it’s the tastiest food around regardless what you order, the pizzas are superb it’s a proper Italian pizza. The staff are really friendly and professional. The food is cooked fresh and the place is spotless staff have obviously been trained in food hygiene.
It was nice to pass along and find a good place to have tasty fish and chips. Friendly staff.

The staff, service & food were all excellent! This was a very friendly & welcoming place to visit & the staff cannot do enough for you. It's immaculate inside, the food was fantastic & I'd gladly travel the 32 miles to eat from there. Outstanding!!
Large metal object inside my pizza the size of two fifty pence pieces. Lucky I bit in to it to realise it was even there. My teeth saved me a potential lodged airway. Also got a pizza crunch and chips and the portion size was laughable for what I paid for. Like leftovers you'd feed the seagulls at the beach. Hate to ruin the mood but I know when the micky's getting taken.
The best fish for miles and miles, the staff are amazing and a great atmosphere in the shop, they always go the extra mile and provide amazing quality food!
