   We went in to exchange travel money and were quoted a rate, which we agreed to. The staff member began counting our cash, then called over a senior colleague who told us they couldn’t proceed, citing “manager’s discretion” and gave no further explanation. We left confused and went to another exchange nearby that completed the transaction politely without any issues. Disappointing experience and poor communication received from the staff.

   Very disappointing service system and quality of service was disappointing. Even if you travel from far, they said there will still be no guarantee someone you want to see will see you AND you cannot make an appointment to see that person. We travelled to Bluewater to see a named agent at Hayes Travel but that agent was with another customer. We waited almost half a day but were told that agent might be engaged the rest of the day and we were not allowed to even make an appointment to see that agent on another day. We wanted to see that agent as we had seen that agent before, had spent a lot of time with that agent and that agent was familiar with our background and thinking and we had built a rapport with that agent. We were not very happy with the different agent we then had to see, who promised to get us some info but failed to do so upto now. We have now decided to go elsewhere for the holiday we were looking for and we would never ever go back to Hayes Travel at Bluewater. I am so sorry to have to put a review of this nature.
