We had a great holiday organised by Shahbaz of Labbaik Agency. He was highly professional and always there to help whatever the situation. His can do attitude was truly outstanding. Shahbaz organised our visas with high efficiency and was transparent about hotel and breakfast. In Madina, we stayed at Al Shaza Hotel where everyone was exceptional, particularly Yeasin Arafat (supervisor), Abu Salman and Saiful Islam. The Mecca Towers Hotel was very close to Haram. Overall, I really recommend this agency.
This is my 2nd time I’ve used Labbaik for my Ummrah services and both times it’s been nothing but fantastic. My most recent experience was just last week, booked a 10 day package and Shawaiz was brilliant. He managed to build the perfect package for me and my mother. I will be booking my future ummrahs with this company . Trustworthy , excellent communication and really listened to what I needed as I was travelling with my mother who was a wheelchair user. Shawaiz contacted the airlines to inform them my mother needs a wheelchair before hand so this was arranged as well as booking hotels very close to the Haram for us so my mum didn’t need to walk much. I have already contacted him to book a trip next year

I contacted Labbaik Hajj and Umrah spoke with brother Umer, he gave me the best prices for me my mother and father and really understood my needs, I explained it was my first time and my parents need hotels near the haraam due to disability, he went out his way to find the best hotel with the best view of the masjid honestly I had the best experience, may Allah accept my umrah and reward brother Umer for all his help best services ever, my ziyarat transfers were all smooth alhumdulliah very happy
