   A little noisy for us and our table for 9 was split into two separate tables (until we moved them all together). Food was very tasty and everyone enjoyed their meals. Peshwari Naan was amazing. Restaurant could do with advertising their BYOB a little better. Recommend a meal here

   Delicious fresh food! Not your bog standard curry house - this is something special. We are vegan and they adjusted all veggie meals and sides we ordered to accommodate. Service was lovely and attentive and we felt welcome to rest and stay a while after we’d eaten. Price was reasonable. Chutneys were immaculate! Begoon Sata was a real highlight (mushrooms and aubergines in a rich sauce) Thank you so much ☺️ from two weary travellers from Bristol

   Staying close by on a recent trip to Edinburgh we decided to try Bonoful. We are so glad we did, fabulous food, cooked as requested (slightly less hot for me). Could not fault it at all. If you love an Indian meal, highly recommend. If we lived closer would definitely become a regular eatery. Staff were very polite and not intrusive at all. Was a little quiet but it was a Sunday evening, I would imagine you may need to book on busier days.

   The food was very nice and delicious, it filled me up very much. The service was incredible and I was treated with most respect. The waiting time was not too long and if I were to come to an Indian restaurant again I would definitely come back to Bonoful restaurant.

   Amazing food full of flavour. Naan bread was fresh out of the over and had a lovely crisp to it. Best curry I've had in a long time. Our waiter was Ro (?sp), and he was also fantastic.

   EDIT: Waiters quite pushy, eg request for tap water answered with just bringing the menu again. Despite we ordered some lassi before that made us thirsty Awesome food. All was really really good - I will definitely come back.
