To be honest I'm really really surprise to find such a bad reviews. This is probably the best Chinese I ever had In here and even Edinburgh. I have order at least 20 times from this place the last two years that I have lived here and never, NEVER I been disappointed of something but anyway there's likes of likes I guess.
Onions as part of the main and side dishes were cut into huge chunks and were almost raw. Horrible to eat.
First time trying this place tonight and it won’t be the last! Absolutely amazing! The food was amazing and the portion sizes were good! Thank you for your amazing service!!
Again we ordered our meal from the new joy in Loanhead as we decided to give them another chance as our last meal was terrible the curry sauce was tasteless and was like water spare ribs burnt phoned and complained with very little response from them. Anyway we ordered another meal and the curry was better but the chips were like they had been in a puddle the spring rolls were cold and tough the blackbean pork was tough as old boots and just warm .so that it from us told them we will never order from them again and will go elsewhere from now on.
I have never had a bad Chinese out of here always pipping hot, tastes delicious and obviously tastes fresh. I have used them for over 3yrs+++ recommend, I have had friends round with no complaints. The staff are lovely too. I noticed a couple of bad reviews so just wanted to put mine accross. To much negativity
Absolutely fantastic. I'm old enough to have eaten lots of Chinese food and this take away is one of the very best. The salt and pepper ribs were falling off the bone and really nice cuts - not too many fatty end bits that I'm not a fan of. Singapore noodles are fab too. Lots of chicken and prawns and a good balance in the "sauce" so it's not too dry. Curry sauce was excellent (sorry to go against your previous review Jojo). Hot, spicy and fab. The young guy that has served me every time is friendly, patient and helpful. Prices are good and menu options extensive. I've not used the delivery service as I'm only a few minutes walk away. Highly recommended.
