Went into the TUI store on 16/8/2025 to book a holiday. Evren spent roughly 1hr with us one word could describe him BRILLIANT. From the moment he welcomed us to the end he was ever so helpful and informative and guided us with his experience of the hotel we chose.Whilst we were in the store all the other staff were pleasant and polite to the other customers. I went into the Tui shop in Maidstone with my granddaughter to book a holiday for the first time in many years as I have some health issues. We saw a lovely girl called Jessica who was so helpful and kind. She went through lots of options and nothing was too much trouble. We booked a holiday to Turkey in a beautiful hotel which will be suitable for my mobility issues. Thank you
I recently came into the Maidstone store to book a holiday with my wife. We did not have a particular resort in mind and Jessica was so helpful and patient chatting to us to see what we like to do so she could suggest different destinations. In the end we decided on Greece. I would recommend going in to see the lovely staff in there and will definitely be back to book my next trip.

Myself and my wife visited Maidstone branch today to book a winter sun get away. We were seen by Rebecca who was very friendly and helpful. We had an idea of what we were looking for but Rebecca's knowledge of the different hotels really helped us to make a decision. Her added staff applied discount was a nice added extra also.
