Milkshake was delivered half full having been spilled and the waffle was definitely undercooked. Hung up on the phone and where rude when explaining the problem. Would not recommend ordering from here
Was in yesterday for some lunch with my aunt. The tables were dirty, service was abysmally slow and they eventually served our food separately, about 10 minutes apart. They gave my vegetarian aunt some smoked ham on her "savoury cheese" baguette that she waited 30 minutes for. Which I was surprised about because their menu mentions nothing about ham, but does say "halal" - don't think pork is halal. The place looks cheap and drab. Everything including plates and cups have been chosen for their low cost to purchase, not to improve the customer experience. We ended up going somewhere else afterwards for food, doubt we'll be back.
The cookie dough dessert I had was absolutely fantastic! It was sweet and gooey, with a perfect balance of sweet. I would definitely recommend this dessert to others!

An hour late, rude on the phone and no apology at the door. Ice cream and milkshake was OK but not worth the stress.
