Ashna and chloe were the staff who severed us .. they were very helpful and greeted us well. And gave us hot and fresh food and also on time
Highly impressed with the staff, I managed to knock my tray over and my fries went on the floor. Karol not only helped clear up the mess but also provided a replacement side. Well done on excellent Customer Service
I've not been to a Burger King, and now I remember why. First, the positives: + The staff were friendly. + Service was quick. + They don't charge extra for full sugar coke. Now, the negatives: - The restaurant was extremely dirty with napkins, receipts, and old chips lying around on the floor. - The service was quick, but my bacon cheeseburger was already cold when I received it. - The bacon on the burger was more fat than meat, and wasn't crispy at all. - The chips were hot, but undercooked. - The ordering machine didn't print a receipt. - The hand sanitizer dispenser was empty. - The food was extremely overpriced. Overall, a exceptionally poor experience. I know it sounds like I'm being picky with some of these negatives, but cleanliness and working machines are simple things to check. The airport was very quiet today, so I assume the restaurant was understaffed. My meal was £10.09, and wasn't worth it all. The price is higher than McDonald's and the food qualitywis lower. Do yourself a favour and just buy a meal deal from Boots for almost half the price.
It is crowded but the service was very fast (any order is served in 5 min), there are plenty of seats but be careful because being on a airport means many people, however perfect spot to have a fast lunch before your flight’

I'm writing this review to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received during my recent visit to Burger King at Edinburgh Airport. The entire experience was made wonderful by a few key team members, and I wanted to make sure they received the recognition they deserve. First, I want to thank Amy, who was an absolutely amazing server. Her friendliness and attentiveness made me feel genuinely welcome, and she truly went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Next, a big thank you to Karol. He was incredibly helpful with my order, patiently walking me through the options and making sure everything was correct. His efficiency and positive attitude made the ordering process a breeze. Finally, I had a great chat with Hanadi while she was cleaning my table. It was so nice to connect with someone who was not only dedicated to their work but also had a great sense of humor. Her kindness and conversation were the perfect end to my meal. The collective effort of this team created a fantastic and memorable visit. It's clear that these three are committed to excellent customer service, and I'll definitely be returning because of them next time I fly!
Second time that we’re served by LIAM at burger king in Edinburgh Airport, he is the highlight in this airport!!! very nice, helpful, smiling and fast!! come across people like him working in such a positive way is always amazing, he could almost be another reason to visit Edinburgh, but he is for sure one to visit this Burger King !! and the entire staff in general was amazing! great choice of people
Sadly only 4 stars for this fine eatery today. Would have been 5 had I not had to order and process the payment myself, take the ticket to the counter , collect the food and carry to my table, clean the table, pour my own drink and clear the table. The XL burger fitted nicely into the palm of my hand. Chips were nicely cooled so I didn't burn my mouth. No difference in sizes between the regular and large drink cups. Staff were polite and friendly.
The service was great. Very friendly staff and very inviting. Especially Jamie and Fraser, they were the best fast food chain employees that I have encountered! Would definitely come here again for their services.
Staff here is awesome and clearly very competent at their jobs! Claudia specifically was very cheery and confident and going above and beyond proactively helping customers, many of whom were trying to order from the regular menu or otherwise struggling with the self-service machines. I was also impressed with the speed of service despite the breakfast rush, waited literally maybe 30 seconds for my order.
