Really delicious food, authentic and cosy interior, enough tables to seat; option to pay both cash and by card at the machine or over the counter (you can also see the pictures for most dishes if you choose the former). Great variety of food and reasonable prices (most dishes under Β£10) We’ve had Rice Noodle hotpot with spare ribs, as well as Lemon drink - loved both. Huge food portions

Absolutely amazing, great priced dishes and drinks. Get a can of coke for Β£1.50 and a decent portion size for Β£9. You can customise your spice level, I recommend a 2 if you're not into spice a lot, 3 if you can hack a Shin ramen. 4 is decent if you regularly enjoy spice, but 5 made me see God as I flew too close to the sun. Staff are lovely and the food tastes amazing. They offer aprons and chocolate as well. Don't miss out on this food hot-spot!

The food is delicious and comforting, perfect for a cold evening. It’s lovely to sit by the window and watch the rain fall outside as you enjoy a huge bowl of spicy noodles. The prices are low so you fill your belly without breaking the bank.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for awhile now and I’ve finally had the chance while out with some friends. The food was really good, I had their Spare rib hotpot with house noodles and level 2 spice. The noodles were delicious and very filling with great flavour in every bite. As a person who can really handle spice, I really should have gone a higher level because 2 was way too mild for me. Luckily they had chilli oil on the table to add to my noodles. I also had a hot green tea, which was delicious and great in flavour. There wasn’t any service which explains my rating, but the noodles came out incredibly quickly and I was very pleased with that. All in all a great place to stop for some quick noodles & I’ll definitely be back!

Amazing find in the old city centre. No frills dine in option. Order at 2 kiosks as you enter. After placing order, try to secure a table, (it gets super busy after 7pm). Your order number will be called when ready. Courteous staff at collection point. Food has 5 spice levels. Chicken, pork beef in noodles and rice are all amazing. During busy times, take away might be a better option.

A no-frills restaurant with a self-service concept which makes it efficient and speedy if all you want is order, pick up your food, sit down and eat. It’s a concept that I like. I ordered stewed beef hotpot noodle - generous portion although the broth was rather bland and lacks depth of flavour that you would usually expect in a hot pot. I added a reasonable amount of soy sauce which makes it taste a little better. The beef itself was very tender and the boiled egg was delicious. The price on their website however is outdate as their dishes are now significantly more expensive compared to what is advertised online.

Self service restaurant started from food ordering till to clear up the tray. Food photo looks yummy but unfortunately it’s not the case. Only use spicy to cover up the tasteless food material, not savoury. Price list seems reasonable but actually the portion is very small. Tried the snacks fried dumplings, spicy dumplings, pumpkin cake and the noodles, normal, taste plain. There’s won’t be another time. **P.S: No toilet.

I never get bored eating here. Wonderful Chinese and Japanese dishes. It's located right opposite to the Charlotte place and ncp car park. Once you walk in, you can see the offering y counters(2) on your right. One for card and the other for cash. Once you make an order then you will get a bill with a number Then you can take a seat and then they will call out the number. And then voilΓ ... You will enjoy. Please try dishes which are hot as there are cold dishes as well. BTW the menu which I had posted are bit old and the current prices are increased by 1Β£ for most of the dishes The only reason am taking out a star is because of two reasons. 1. There is no restroom or wash basin 2. The rate at which the tables are being cleaned can be improved for sure.
