   I live very close to this take away and always wanted to like it but tried too many times now. Chicken fried rice was a huge portion but all rice, very little chicken. Curry sauce tiny portion. Very poor value and quality.

   Sent out plain chow mien with egg inside it with no disclaimer. Won’t give a refund either. They sent out eggless ones but I don’t trust that they sanitised or washed the cooking equipment before remaking it as it still has a faint eggy smell. No care for allergens or intolerances. I’ve phoned to say the driver can take all the chow mein back untouched, lady on the phone was hushing & rushing then hung up saying the driver was already on the way. Don’t order from here, they’re under a different name on just eat. The reviews are low for a reason.

   Ordered food for delivery at 18:30 yesterday. It arrived at 20:10 (without an apology), by which time we had given up and bought a chippy. Sent the food back. They were cash only, so we didn't need to ask for a refund. If you are too busy you need to tell people the food will take a very long time or stop taking orders. Won't be using them again.

   Genuinely one of the worst takeaways I have ever ordered. We ordered shredded sesame chicken and chicken satay skewers. We got shredded chicken it was not sesame and we got chicken satay not on skewers. The salt and pepper ribs were tiny and flavorless. I don't understand why you get bits of ribs rather than full size. So to summarise 2 wrong dishes and bland ribs. The best thing about this takeaway was emptying out the bad food and keeping the plastic Tupperware. I would not recommend and advise anyone to go to Treasure Cottage instead. That's the last time I let the Mrs order something.. I feel robbed.

   The food is acceptable, considering the price and the location (not so many competitors in the area). But it's better to collect it or order via a delivery service. The food didn't arrived yesterday, I phoned them, finally got it, but the deliveryman was aggressive, kept talking about that I gave the wrong address. I told him it was fine on the website, I just logged in as usual. But he didn't let it go, I wanted to close the door but he just kept pushing the receipt into my face. So to save myself, I let him be right but I will never order from them anymore. I don't need the hassle.

   Ordered last night ordered a prawn cocktail along with other food, she phones me back to say no prawns. I said give me portion of mushrooms instead, got food saw the sent prawn cocktail I thought, I.was wrong it was warm mushrooms instead of prawns totally disgusting, how can they send that won't be back

   Ordered at 6pm, food arrived at 8pm stone called. Promptly put into the food bin to avoid food poisoning. They took their phone of the hook for around an hour so we couldn't contact them to discuss refund / replacement food. Won't be using again. They hung up the phone when we eventually got through to them intitially so had to keep calling back again and again until we got a refund. Poor food followed up by even worse customer service. Everyone makes mistakes (maybe they were too busy to cope?) but I firmly believe it's how you put them right after which makes the difference, on this occasion they failed us miserably and we had to reorder elsewhere.
