Best Nandos I have tasted. The wrap was amazing all held in place didn't fall apart when eating. Staff were so nice and cheerful well done team.
I don’t really say you need to say too much about Nandos because you really do know what you’re getting but you’ll be surprised it does change on which Nandos you go to this one. The chicken was amazing. Very moist hot service was impeccable. Place was very clean and just enjoyed my time now.
Pink chicken tonight at Nando’s Glasgow fort! When our orders arrived they were wrong. They were sent back and one of them came back with pink chicken. We raised this straight away and tg server said ‘no worries’. It then took a while for the manager to come over. Manager came over and he said it looks like a blood vessel to him. I then asked if he would eat it and he hesitated and I said well that answers it. Then he said he wouldn’t eat chicken from Nando’s at all. I said that says it all about the place. He never apologised then after I said there was no apology. Only then he apologised. He said he has refunded the meal that had the pink chicken. Which confirmed he believed it was pink, not a blood vessel as he had said previously.
Came here as family night out. After the small 3 meal order arrived it was mostly wrong. Wrong sauce, missing side. After a bite or two I realised that the chicken was in fact not cooked. When speaking to the manager I was told that it was a blood vessel and not undercooked. My sister was put off of her food because of the quality of my meal. Whilst walking away the manager said that we were comped for the pink chicken. Not once did he apologise.
Visited Nandos @ the Fort after some shopping and we were seated quite promptly despite the usual wait was great. I had an issue with my order being wrong but this was promptly fixed albeit a little unorthodox switching order items between different plates. It's a fast paced restaurant with a lot of revolving custom which do show unfortunately. The cutlery wasn't very clean and it felt a bit hectic and rushed.
Came here wasn't too busy got seated right away then about 10 mins later there was a queue. We ordered a chicken combo platter for 2 quite pricy and not a lot of chicken. The waitress came out with order and 2 dirty plates we asked if she could change it and came back with another 2 dirty plates. Food was ok a bit overpriced.
It is such a difficult one. The restaurant looked nice but we didn't order or eat as a member of our party had allergies. We didn't feel confident that we would be catered for due to the hesitation received when we explained our allergies.
The staff are always really friendly and efficient. Even when the place is busy they'll keep you informed and are happy for you to leave your name and continue shopping and come back if there is a wait. Food is always 10/10. Recommended for a quick bite if you're out shopping.
