Waited in drive thru alongside another person ordering on the other side. Tried speaking for 5 minutes no one replied back. Went to the window and then they said the tills are not working i have to wait 20 minutes even though the person beside me was able to order. Pathetic service
I was skeptical when saw so many negative reviews. Couldn't believe it can be that bad. Unfortunately, it is. The food is hot, but looks and tastes like it was sitting behind the counter for a day or two. Service is okay. Lots of dirty tables, but that’s on people who can't be bothered to took their rubbish to the bin.
The most disgusting McDonald’s I have ever been to, I’ve been coming here my whole life since i’ve always lived there, back in the early 2010s there was absolutely no complaints food was always warm, cooked and quick, now not so much, the staff will just ignore you and I understand that it might get busy sometimes but I used to come here every morning before work and it would always be empty and I would stand at the till for ages to wait to be assisted, the staff will look you up and down and ignore you and try and act like they’re doing something when they clearly aren’t. Never once have i ordered food from here and not had an issue, just ordered food from this McDonald’s for the last time they just didn’t give me half of my food and I had to spend about an hour trying to get a refund. The deep friers don’t get cleaned that often and you can tell by the way the chips look and taste. Every time I customise a burger and remove things from it they will ignore it which can end up dangerous for someone with allergies. One of my worst experiences at this McDonald’s was on my 10th birthday, my brother had ordered a wrap and there was a piece of shattered beer bottle glass inside of it and you could tell it was beer bottle glass because you could see the desperado logo on it. In the past ten years i’ve not had a single good experience here.
Ordered on the app and paid for two sweet curry sauces, and they didn’t include them again. It’s happened a few times. The only time they’ve actually included sauces in my order is when I’ve ordered chicken nuggets, and even then they just throw in whichever one they fancy instead of the one I actually order. It’s not really a mentally challenging task to read a receipt and make sure that everything that’s been paid for is in the bag! Plus the food is usually cold and the fries today were stale and soggy.
Took grandkids to mcdonald's before pantomime very upset kids to be told no ice-cream as they said machine not working think that excuse should be wearing thin by now as this establishment been using this excuse fir years
Placed my order tonight 6 nugget meal and plain cheese burger and plain hamburger came to £8 odds got bag no nuggets in bag asked for my nuggets and she turns round and says to me u never ordered nuggets but I will just give u them anyway when I said yes I did she was so rude and cheeky saying don’t shout at me for one I wasn’t shouting I was only saying yes I did order them and pay for them and took the bag back off me and then someone else returned with the bag with 6 nuggets in a small paper bag she was the shift manager aswell no wonder McDonald’s in Easterhouse gets such a bad write up with staff like that maybe they need to train their staff how to act and how to react when they get a orders wrong !!!
Place is full of nitwits that struggle to pair a burger and a slice of cheese properly. The cheese is always half on half of and then flung in the bun. Every single big mac iv ever eaten from this place has been flung together. Absolute no care given. If they cant even put cheese on something properly theres no hope for this place. The milkshake was also half filled and a solid ball of ice cream, theres no way they didnt notice that.
This is suppose to be a large meal, usually i dont write reviews but this has happend more than once and its really frustraiting! My kids happy meals had more chips in them !
