It's mcdonalds so the food can't be 5 stars but all good in mcdonalds standards. Nice service and it was very quiet. But I came here at half 8am. Good mcdonalds
Used drive threw for ease of use. Ordered a double fillet of fish which was thrown in a box. Cheese stuck to the box, fish only half on the base of the bun and the top lying at the side. Chips were cold but finding this more of a regular issue with the chips not just at this McD's. For the £10+ spent this wasn't value for money.
Staff were rude, waited 45 minutes for a cheeseburger and a drink. Asked several times and was ignored by staff who were dancing and joking in the kitchen. Unbelievable service. The manager who gave the refund was lovely, but his team let him down.
I wish I had a picture of the raw mccrispy I also received a while back aswell as the raw chicken selects I have just received. Considering I never even actually ordered chicken selects and I ordered a 20 nugget share box, no surprise as every time I order something from here they send the wrong thing or don’t send it atal there is constantly something wrong with my order, the chicken is frozen then deep fried, it should not be this raw unless it has been put down for about 1 min or less, I’m genuinley so disgusted as I have such a bad phobia of raw chicken and somehow keep getting it from this store? About a month ago I went into the store (I’m almost 20 years of age) I was alone about 9pm at night on a weekday and the security guard stopped me and said no under 18s allowed (before even asking my age) I genuinley felt like he was getting some sort of kick out of being aggressive towards me when I had asked him what he was talking about I have never experienced needing id for a mcornalds. I showed him my id and he was still trying to be intimidating, watching me the entire time I was waiting on my food as I sat there in silence with the whole store quiet and it wasn’t busy. I felt extremely uncomfortable… please sort your staff, crew trainers and security out.
I got my breakfast from here 4 days on the bounce. The machines did not give receipts that is my only negative, which winds me up. The staff were well prepared and sorted it immediately with no issues. My porridge had double jam, which you never get south of the border. My toffee coffee was spot on with my bacon bun and juice in the bag. Massive car park for in and out with no problem first thing on a morning at 7.30am. Staff were cheery, and customer service was spot on. It has an upstairs but only two machines to order from, so four screens, not sure how that works when they are mega busy.
Clean and tidy. No accessible sauce, napkins, Stirrer, sugar, salt dispensers. Very strange compared to other McDonald's. Parking was not an issue. Worst thing was the fact a large fries portion was exactly the same as my wife had in her medium fries portion. The box may be bigger but portion of fries is the same. They must only put one scoop in either sized box. ☹️
Awful. I've probably been to a couple of hundred different McDonald's in upwards of 40 different countries and service has varied... but this place is the absolute pits. Ordered food on the app outside, arranged to have it delivered to our table on entry. Payment taken from my card. After 15 minutes, I went to the counter to ask where our food was. Nobody was manning the counter, where two other customers were stood with large bags of now-cold food to complain about their orders being wrong. After a further five minutes I took my kids and left, unfed. Had to navigate through McD's website to arrange a refund - which was all I got, no apology for the wasted time. Avoid. Just... avoid. Don't go there. I'm not saying to avoid McD's, but avoid this branch. Go anywhere else. I hope that's nice and clear.
Very quick service, ordered on the app which made everything seamless. Only used the drive thru on this occasion, staff there were nice, although I did hear a manager shout about cars waiting! And she sounded fierce! Anyway, no complaints, especially with how busy everything was with the fireworks and fair going on at Glasgow Fort next door.
Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had although doesn’t even taste like McDonald’s. Driven away before noticed these chips. 6 gherkins in the Big Mac. No straws or napkins. Had better McDonald’s chips from “fries to go”. AVOID!!!
