   I have ordered from this establishment on several occasions and have consistently received tasty food with prompt service. However, my experience today was disappointing. I waited over an hour and a half for my delivery, and when it arrived, the chips and popcorn chicken were cold, and the zinger burger was missing. This experience gave the impression that the volume of customer orders was prioritised over the quality of service, which was extremely disappointing. Thank you for your response. I’d like to clarify a few points, as some wording could be misleading to other customers. I wasn’t unhappy with the food itself — the issue was that my order was missing the main item. After waiting an hour and a half, I declined the offer to deliver the missing item as the delay was already significant. I therefore requested a refund for an item I had paid for but never received, which I feel is reasonable. I’d also like to clarify that I don’t usually leave reviews, positive or negative. Until now, I felt your reputation spoke for itself. However, drawing from my own experience running businesses, I’ve always prioritised the quality of the dining experience over the quantity of orders. Customers generally don’t mind waiting for quality food, as long as they’re informed of the wait time in advance so they can choose whether or not to proceed. My feedback is intended as constructive advice: when there is a long wait, clear communication is key, and it’s essential to ensure all items are checked and included before orders leave. That attention to detail makes a big difference to the overall customer experience.

   Ordered before 11am kids breakfasts. Said 45 minutes delivery. Called after an hour and was told it was out for delivery. Nothing came..called after 2 hours and was told food was being prepared.....two hours later. Understand businesses can be busy but that's ridiculous. Seems there are a few reviews similar with negative responses from the business. Maybe stop taking fresh orders, keep customers updated and don't lie to them.

   Ordered on Strathclyde eats and I don't think I have ever been more disappointed with a restaurant ever. 9.50 for Morrisons chicken pakora that was undercooked & a pathetic potion of chips, also paid 9.50 for salt & chili chicken and again the chicken was chewy & missing my curry sauce. Definitely a waste of money!

   The best and friendliest staff you’ll ever come across popped in for homemade soup Wich was out of this world tastes like mums homemade soup so that was a bonus a must try is the jumbo sausage rolls I mean who would go back to Greggs not my first visit and certainly won’t be my last either

   My missus, Ashley, orders from here all the time through JustEat. I've tried The Tower Burger, Breakfast Wrap, Panini, Pasta Pots and a breakfast. Everything has been superb that I've had. It comes roasting hot and you can tell instantly that everything is fresh. The staff here must enjoy their work because nothing is ever just 'thrown together'. It always arrives presentable and they are not shy when it comes to packing things out and giving big portions. They also read delivery notes and always put my young son's links on bread instead of a roll without hesitation. That shows they value customers and have pride in what they do. That results in excellent grub. Cannot recommend enough.

   We always use bake n butty for breakfast takeaway. They use buchanans for their square sausage. The quality of the found is outstanding. Ive had a few issues with wrong orders and its always rectified as soon as possible. Highly recommended

   By far the best breakfasts I've tried, tried lots of other local breakfast deliveries but this beats them all, not only cooked to perfection every time but the quality of the food they use for their breakfasts are far superior to other places, chef should get a bonus!
