Counter staff at Whitlawburn shop was extremely rude and used offensive language when I queried the price as I was asked to pay extra as I wanted a different dip with spring rolls. The menus does not specify what the dip is but I was told it was ONLY sweet chilli after I placed the order. I am allergic to chilli. Terrible service.
The best Chinese takeaway in the area. Great value for money and best salt and chilli chips going. Food is always fresh and hot and staff are friendly
The salt n chilli chips are the best. Takeaway is close to Nisa. Across the road from Kraken chip shop. Plenty of parking. Opted for delivery on Saturday night. Delivery time, advised 45 mins actual time closer to 1 hr 30 mins.
So I live soooo close to it up the road actually and it has a flip in soft play inside I prefer the chicken nugges 5 star it is amazing and there's Moore to tell it is never a butty saloon get here now
Food is always hot when received, staff are very nice and everything always tastes great.
Ordered out of it a few time now and it just gets worse food is always reheated would not recommend it and definitely won't be returning
Purchased a salt n pepper munchie box for my son who commented that it was “a bit crunchie” a few times and didn’t taste nice. On looking at the food, it was quite clear I had been given inedible reheated & over cooked food disguised under fresher food. I took it back to complain and the staff me dismissed me stating no one had complained before. So disappointed in the quality of food and service. Staff clearly not interested in customer feedback.
Served by a sexy redhead with good people skills and friendly patter. Food is good too. 10/10 would buy again.
