   I used to absolutely love this place, but in the past 6 months or so it has gone way down hill. Staff aren't great on the phones. Food is not the same any more, sauces are wattery, spicy stuff not as spicy as it used to be, plain stuff is spicy, gravy is sweet, etc. Last time I ordered and went to collect I felt like they were trying to get me out the door at 8:30pm so they could close. Doesn't seem as clean as it used to either.

   Rank average Chinese. Salt and Chilli chips dry as anything, zero salt or chilli just battered chips. Salt and Chilli crispy shredded chicken is bone dry with no sauce, never had this from any Chinese without a sauce. Best part, the fried rice

   Good food, quick delivery & very affordable. The mixed starter is great value for money, Chicken Satay skewers are very tasty also the beef curry is very tender one of the best in southside. Definitely worth a try.

   First time we have had food from here and it was really good. Plenty of salt and chilli ribs and my husband enjoyed his mushroom foo yung . Would have been 5 stars if the chips had been crispier. Speedy delivery too.

   Don't listen to any of the negative reviews. We've been using Happy House for years and they are consistently good with food quality and delivery times even on busy weekend periods. People forget how hard these business actually work and how difficult it is to maintain high levels of service. There is no such thing as a perfect service particularly when it comes to Chinese takeaway and delivery. There are some truly dreadful ones in the same vicinity. Happy House are very good by comparison.
