   Ordered a donner meat and cheese wrap, when tried to bite into wrap I couldn't, as the underneath was burnt, had to rip that part of to be able to eat and enjoy the rest of it, the rest of order was spot on, just a pity my wrap was burnt, wont stop me ordering again, just a note to check before sending out, I was very nearly binning it, I do have a pic to back up my review, just dont want to post as said rest of order was delicious.

   I was in tonight ordering my takeaway. The food is always great. The service from the girls taking orders was great as it always is. Although moral must be low from what I seen tonight, as the way George the manager spoke to them in front of a shop full of customers was so unprofessional. These girls always ask after customers engage with us while we wait for food. That’s part of Ruby’s charm from my previous experiences. You always feel valued as a customer due to the staff serving you here. I was shocked and embarrassed for them, with the way the manager George was speaking to them.

   Favourite local Indian takeaway. Always so flavoursome. Chicken pakora pieces small for my liking and could be going with wrapping certain things twice. Curry leaked in the box and ruined my T-shirt -suppose it’ sustainable with less packaging.

   Literally always get my order wrong. I think Iv had it correct maybe once or twice and continued to go back. Yet again tonight’s order wrong. A simple thing cheese on my chips with my meal for some reason never happens and I always have to call up and moan. I never write reviews but felt really annoyed because of how many times it’s happened. Won’t be back

   I have been coming here for many years and I have to say that I have never been disappointed the mix grill meal is absolutely amazing. The south Indian garlic chili chk with a garlic nan is my favorite.
