Everything about this is terrible. I've had missing items which I phoned to complain about. I was then told they cannot give me my items and to deal with customer support in the app. Its completely useless being Ai which directs me to uber eats which then directs me to the App. This App does not let me show my receipt meaning this McDonald's has essentially robbed me. This is a repeat offense with Anniesland Mcdonalds DO NOT EVER ORDER ONLINE. IF IN PERSON, TRIPLE CHECK YOUR ITEMS ARE ALL THERE! And lastly, expect poor quality after all the effort you've taken to enjoy food. This is a tiring process which many have grown tired in the staff simply to not care it seems like as there has never been improvement. Do not order online if you don't want stolen from. It's like a roulette spin on if you get everything paid for or not, and it's an extreme hassle which is almost impossible in getting money back or your items.
Fed up, every time I go here they miss something off the order. Always the dips, which you pay for. It can’t be that hard to put an order together surely?
Very slow service. Very unprofessional service. Did not get socks in my order, had to ask afterwards. Fries were cold. Waited 25 min in drive in. Something needs changed there hence my review
I would give it a better score if they would deal with able bodied drivers that park in the disabled spaces. Also and this is all mcds, they have wasted the menu by not allowing you to add stuff. You used to be able to make a cheeseburger a deluxe by adding tomato, lettuce, onions, mayonnaise and mustard. Not now.
If you are ordering for online delivery, get ready for cold food. And it's not fault of couriers. They have your hot good ready while your courier has to wait for more that 30 minutes for them to make drinks for it. So your warm food will get cold meanwhile. And also remember, your courier is paid fixed fee per order, so waiting there for free as well.
got new mc crispy and a coke was charged.. £6.40....not worth the money......was mc crispy but not mc tasty...hot fiery batter..?...not nice....getting less and less impressed with quality of burgers coming from mc donalds....
Revised my rating from 4 star to 1. You're better off using the McDonald's further along great Western road. This used to be one of the better McDonald's around, however, in the past few months, the service has become a joke. Whenever you order through the drive thru, you are told to park up...which currently means a 20minute wait. And if you dare to venture inside and find out where your order is, you're met with blank expressions and chaos behind the order counter. Disappointing to he honest.
only one gherkin, didnt have mayo chicken or irn bru either so had to pay extra for a cheeseburger that i dont like that much, didn't have any icecream either so had to pay extra for ANOTHER frappe since had one with my meal already. half way through it and found loads of ice cubes at the bottom i can even use my straw anymore or even enjoy it... also ive just had so many problems with this mcdonalds, ive been going for at least 9 years nearly every week and theres definitely always problems.
This has been my local McDonalds forever and usually go to the drive through but sat in a few nights ago. Was horrific. There were 12 delivery drivers all stood towering over the young girls at the desk. 2 young girls were asking them to step back as the food was not ready but they were becoming more aggressive as time went on. No one was there to step in and help these girls for which I imagine was quite a frightening experience for them. Your letting your staff down McDonalds!! These guys were rude, aggressive and clearly not backing away when asked on multiple occasions. You could not get near the desk if you tried. Unfortunately probably a regular thing for these teenagers to deal with. You have to sort this out it’s an absolute disgrace
