This is one of my favorite restaurants in the lovely area. The food is amazing and delicious, and the staff are very welcoming. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere, and every dish Iβve tried during my visits has been delightful. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it! The menu has vegetarian options and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible, with plenty of free car park space.

My partner and I visited this evening and it was delicious! He took advantage of the 14.99 steak deal which got him a sirloin steak and a can of juice, and I got the half rack of ribs that came with chips and a salad. No complaints from either of us it was delicious! And a good sized portion as well! The man who served us was so friendly and welcoming giving us advice on the food and telling us about the steak deal. This is our second time returning and we will definitely be back!

Great food with American classics including tasty Po'boy sandwiches! The beef brisket is delicious and the portions are very big. The fried shrimp was amazing too. Cute neighborhood place with friendly service.

I ordered pizza from Poβ Boys, and it was hands down the best pizza Iβve ever had! The crust was perfectly fresh, crunchy, and flavorful, and every bite was just amazing. You can really tell they put care into making it. Iβll definitely be coming back again and again. Highly recommend!

Anyone remember the good old days of Bar Gumbo in Byres Road? It was a sad day when they closed their doors, but! The good news is, the food whisperer behind some of their mouth watering dishes is now whipping up some classic (and new) dishes at PoβBoyz! The location is a little odd, next to a Papa Johns and a Greggs, but on the plus side, thereβs plenty of parking available. Although there is seating inside, they also have an outdoor section (for the better weather) and even do takeaways. Inside, dΓ©cor is Southern soul meets Glasgow grit, and on arrival the owner was incredibly friendly, allowing us the pick of available seating. For food we had Chicken Tenders, the Pulled Pork Hot Dog, Corn on the Cob, hand cut chips and of course, the Beef Brisket Poβboy (one of my favourites from Bar Gumbo). And WOW, the Poβboy brought back so many memories! It tasted just as good as it did all those years ago; smoky, tender, fresh and with a nice crunch of slaw. The tenders were crisp, chunky and had an almost Pakora vibe, and the hand cut chips, THE HAND CUT CHIPS!! Less of a side-piece and more of a headliner! Incredible flavour. The charred corn was also a hit with us. The Pulled Pork Hot Dog tasted good (according to my daughter) although it looked a little basic to me. Price-wise we were just under Β£50 for the 3 of us, including soft drinks. Which I was more than happy with. They donβt accept card, but you can do a bank transfer (if you have online banking), or cash also works (card machine just outside the restaurant). They are also dog friendly, which was a big plus for us! Great food, reasonable prices and a lovely owner that made us feel right at home.

Friendly staff, excellent service, and really great food at a very reasonable price. We had shrimp in batter and eggplant stuffed with chilli and cheese for starters, and the ribeye steak for mains. All food was well presented and delicious .

Ordered a takeaway from here. Fast service friendly staff. Got home and the food was well below average. Overall felt like the quality of the food was very cheap. Couldn't believe my eyes when I opened the the apple pie and it was measly slice that is definitely not homemade. They charged me Β£4.95 for it when it's probably from a frozen pack that costs Β£1!!! It's the cheapest you could possibly buy, and wasn't even cooked fully. Won't be going back.

Iβve been to PoβBoyz several times, both takeaway and sit in. The service is great and the food is excellent! Their wedges are some of the nicest Iβve ever had at a burger place and never disliked anything from the menu. If you are sitting in then you need cash, but there is a cash machine in the square just outside.

Tried this restaurant using a Groupon voucher so excellent value for money. Owner and staff very friendly, attentive and professional. Food was beautifully presented and tasted great. Had sirloin steak and it was tastier than one I had last week at Miller and Carter. I would certainly return.

Food was amazing, we had the Groupon voucher with 2 meal courses. I went with my friends and we did enjoy the meal. The only thing I was not happy about was the Corkage. They have not license to sell alcohol drinks but you can bring your own to the restaurant and still you would be charged 3.95Β£ for it. It could be helpful if they would the costumer know about it before ahead.
