   Cracking bit of scran! Food is delicious and you get a solid portion for a very reasonable price. We were served by the effervescent Gabe, an angel among men. Marked down atmosphere but we are sitting in a shopping centre - I cannot blame Gabe for this.

   I had an amazing meal at Tortilla in Silverburn, Glasgow! From start to finish, the service was fantastic. Gabe looked after us throughout our visit and was incredibly attentive—friendly, helpful, and happy to answer any questions. He really made the experience feel personal and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered a burrito and a quesadilla, and both were packed with flavour, fresh ingredients, and generous fillings. Everything was cooked perfectly, and the portions were spot on. You can really taste the quality in every bite. Overall, a brilliant visit with excellent food and standout service. We’ll definitely be back!

   Went in for a quick bite after a bit of shopping and the bloke who served us was polite and sociable. Had a nice bit of banter while he was serving us. The combination of delicious food and fantastic customer service makes me want to come again already.

   If I could give this 0 stars it would be too much. Ordered delivery and food came packed in a bag with freezing cold cans… (great idea). Food was basically refrigerated when it arrived, burrito was burst all over the bag and not sealed correctly, dips missing, also one of the burritos had no meat filling when we paid an extra £1.25 for it. Absolutely beyond shocking for the prices. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Don’t waste your money

   I will start with the bad things to get them out the way. Been here 3 times, each time after 7 pm. Everytime the seating area has been filthy. Bins overflowing, no clean tables and there were more staff than customers so it's not because they are rushed off their feet. Staff standing behind the counter eating food is common. These are the main issues but they are big issues. Knifes and forks and paper straws are so bad I took my own from home the last time. The good. Friendly staff and the food tastes nice. Price is okay but this is like a subway in style but much higher priced for what I would describe as a large snack rather than a meal. I don't think I will be back, the positives just don't outweigh the negatives.

   1st visit: Really nice food and service. Decent prices. The tortilla chips were terrific. 2nd visit- service was not as good sadly. One staff member asked us to wait for a few mins while she made an enormous burrito (couldn’t actually fit it into the wrap). When she finally finished she picked it up, walked away, sat down at a table and started wolfing it. Her co-worker came over and served us. She was pretty rude and seemed keen for us to just order as quickly as possible and leave. Portions seemed really small but it may have been a mental comparison to the burrito world record attempt that we had witnessed for the 5 minutes prior. A shame really- probably won’t return.
