   Lovely food served fast even though it was a busy night. Service from the waiting staff was excellent. Plenty of choice on the menu too.

   Went for a family meal ordered two spaghetti bolognaise. One came out perfect the other was less than a child’s portion. When we pointed it out to manager he took to the kitchen for the chef to replate - not replace - replate being tipping it from one plate to another. Guys - you have an open kitchen we can see you laughing! Anyway the plate was returned along with the tomato and onion salad which frankly was a plate of raw pizza topping. No dressing no nothing Managers response was to ignore us - never once did he approach us again to try and resolve the issue. The chef’s response was to continue laughing staring directly at my daughter which made us uncomfortable Needless to say the 10% gratuity that he did manage to apply was rejected. I did try and tip the waitress individually but she couldn’t accept. Management definitely letting your business down

   We came at around 5pm and even through the restaurant was busy our server Monica was brilliant , she was able to advice and recommend dishes to our likening. We had great time , Monica made our experience so much better . Food was good so was the wine we had . Definitely coming back.

   Always coming in for my work break during long shifts. Everytime kind service and good quality food for its pricing. Plate so fulls you can grab rest for takeaway. Quite often being served by Monika R, such a lovely personality but other waitress are always nice to me.

   Starting with nice things: Sitting area is nice, good point for meetups. But food is not that great lot of room for improvements. It was quite tasteless specially Spaghetti not worth it .. pizza was bit better

   We had a long wait for both courses, the server seemed to have no knowledge of items not available until after order taken. There was little or no interaction from server at all, I was left without a drink for quite a bit. It was only because our mains came out that I had the opportunity to ask for another drink. The portion size of the chicken risotto was awful, certainly not worth the £12.50, maybe half of that! Such a shame cause it's been a while since my husband and I have had the chance to properly eat out together and it wasn't a good experience. I won't be back in a hurry.
