   Don’t go Never visited a restaurant and have had such a bad experience, can’t not talk about food they never even took order. We were put in a corner table and forgotten. it was a shockingly bad experience. We were given a drink and sat there for the next 30 mins watching others get their orders taken and food served, why we were so patient I cannot explain. If that was not bad enough after we approached the staff and explained to them what had happened they were not interested or concerned that the service was atrocious and did nothing to make amends, but happily took money for drinks and were happy for us to leave quickly so they did not have to provide any quality service or apology There attempt at an apology was not sincere or even meant

   Under new ownership and is well worth a visit. I went with my family, 6 of us. We have been to Luna Rossa numerous times but the last time was about a year ago because it had been going downhill. Now under the new management it was fantastic. The staff were great and attentive. The food was delicious. The atmosphere and background music was magic. If you haven’t been back recently, you really need to go. Everything has changed from the previous owners for the better. Thanks and we will be back soon. JW

   Christmas night out dinner and cocktails. Service a little slow to begin as was very busy. Server apologetic for delay etc. Food was beautiful and cocktails were well made and tasted beautiful. As night went on and got quieter service got better and offered more drinks etc promptly. Overall enjoyed food and drinks. Staff were very pleasant and attentive when needed.

   Was out with a group of friends, booked a table for half 7, weren't seated till about 10 to 8 and then left till about quarter past 8 before being asked if we wanted a drink. Very slow service when ordering drinks and heard a few tables complaining about the wait also. Food was great couldn't fault that and the waiters and waitresses were great, just a little disappointed in the waiting.

   The food was really great, we had the mussels, and then pollo Milanese and meat stew dish, all were very tasty. The tiramisu was delicious as well. We will be back!
