   It was my Grandson's 18th so we decided on 'the mill house' and I'm so glad we did, the food was amazing Nothing was too much trouble, they made my grandson feel special as the staff were very attentive to him, and we all enjoyed ourselves immensely, every attempt to make sure we were enjoying everything was made and more. Thankyou too the staff, especially a big thankyou to the kind lady who found my phone and handed it to the staff THANKYOU SO MUCH. Linda. F.

   Delightful dinner here last night to celebrate my dad’s birthday. The food was amazing and the staff very friendly and most efficient. Lovely atmosphere in the restaurant too. Would highly recommend this place to dine and we will be back in the near future.

   I’ve moved to Scotland a year ago and my wife and children came over in June this year from South Africa. We have been really struggling to find homely and good quality food and at a reasonable price and this place did not disappoint. The food was cooked well, prefect size portions, served in a timely manner and the staff were warm welcoming, let’s just say that this will not be the last time they will see us, we will become regulars at this well establishment.    A first time visiting this pub and restaurant. Was very surprised at the quietness of the bar area, which was great, and the lively atmosphere of the restaurant area. Staff were friendly and helpful as you would expect. Had a Brewdog non alcoholic beverage, which I found very refreshing. Meals as is the norm these days a little expensive, but saying that, they tasted great. A chicken and bacon crepe and a steak and ale pie, with real meat, were the eat of the day. Thoroughly enjoy the desserts, especially the apple and cinnamon crusted pie served hot with a dollop of ice cream. A must visit again venue.

   Second time visiting tonight and it was even better than the last! I’m usually quiet attentive and can be critical when visiting new places having managed hospitality venues before, but The Mill House passed with flying colours. The service was very attentive and speedy even during a busy Sunday lunch and tonight on a Friday evening, the food absolutely delicious, everything tastes yummy and fresh with great choices on the menu. Atmosphere and decor are just on point, the right amount of lighting and music to create a cosy yet buzzy space. I really didn’t expect to find such a gem of a place so close to our new home in the middle of nowhere. But I’m so glad we did cause this will most definitely be our go-to moving forward.

   First visit and this is a lovely restaurant with beautiful decor and a nice wee outdoor seating area. Plenty dishes on the menu to choose from and the food was delicious with ample portion sizes. I sadly have knocked a star off as the service was quite slow despite the restaurant not being very busy.

   Absolutely loved this place. The Mill House has a modern clean feel and is spilt up in to two. One part is a restaurant and the other a bar. We went into the restaurant which had a nice casual vibe. The staff were friendly and the food was absolutely amazing. Perfect place to enjoy a meal and relax. The cocktails are fantastic too... I'd recomend popcorn coffee martini.
