   For a few months now I have been going to Medusa ink to see the absolutely amazing piercer Simone. She is incredible with everything that she does. Her workspace is always so clean and organised and she takes her time explaining everything you need to know about what piercing it is your having. I have a certain style that I want for my ear piercings and she has been so supportive and found the most perfect jewellery anyone could ask for. So far she has done 2 conch piercings on me and a flat piercing and also found some beautiful jewellery to go into my helix on both ears. And everything is just so perfect. She is an absolute star and does everything at the pace that you need. She is a lovely person to talk to and to communicate any concerns with anything at all. Overall she is so talented and such an amazing person and I can’t wait to be able to get more piercings or jewellery changes from her in the future!!! Would 100% recommend to anyone who is struggling to find a piercer with amazing skills!!

   After having prior negative piercing experiences, I was very anxious to get my helix done! However, when I went to Simone in December, it restored my trust! Simone went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, helped me pick out pieces of jewellery that I loved, and ensure that the healing process went as smoothly as possible. So of course, I had to go back! I went to get my seconds done last week, and I will only go to Simone. They truly are the best - thanks so much again ❤️

   I travelled down from Scotland for a tattoo appointment at a different studio that was unfortunately cancelled last minute, but Dan did everything he could to fit me in and saved the day. I had such an amazing experience, everyone in the shop was so lovely offering me cups of tea and biscuits and constantly checking if I was okay. Everything is so clean and well looked after. Dan was so knowledgeable and I felt in very safe hands with him, he gave me the most incredible tattoo and I’m so happy with it. Could not recommend this place enough, if I could give more than 5 stars I would. If every tattooer had the professionalism and enthusiasm of Dan what a world that would be. Thanks again to Dan and every person I met at Medusa Ink, I will definitely be back!

   Was bit nervous at first being that I had never been to this tattoo shop at all. Once starting my tattoo with Harrison I felt comfortable and was looking forward to the end of the my tattoo with him. Such lovely staff who all have a laugh and make you feel comfortable in the shop. Would definitely recommend and will be going back for another tattoo.

   I use Medusa Ink for Laser Hair Removal with Jen and am getting tattooed by Ellie. Both are great and make you feel welcome. The other artists there are all friendly. Laser Hair Removal - Jen. Being scared of the process, Jen talked you through it all and makes sure you are comfortable before starting. Even with covid lockdown and restrictions she has had to adjust the sessions. But kept a professional service. She is lasering my facial hair as part of my gender transition. The studio is LGBT+ supportive. Tattoo - Ellie. Ellie is doing a huge tattoo for me. Based on some ideas I gave her. Her artwork is fantastic and after designing my tattoo. I asked her to do some art work for my company while the country was in Lockdown. Now we are working on the design and its looking fantastic. She is great at tattooing and art.
