I've had a piercing and a tattoo here. Shop is very clean, staff are friendly and very talented. Definitely recommend.
Absolutely disappointed in this place! Came here for my first tattoo followed by my second last and I was impressed and Hayley did a decent job and the overall feel of the place was good until they started messing me about and fobbing me off totally wasting my time. But, I've since gone somewhere better and will continue to give them my custom and won't waste my time on this place! Disappointed is an understatement, but lucky escape I'd say!

My daughter had her ears pierced here at the beginning of the summer holidays. She was very nervous but Lisa made her feel at ease. The aftercare advice was great and 6 weeks on she's had no problems at all with them. Would definitely recommend!
I had my tattoo done here last wk with Tom. He talked me through the process and made me feel at ease. He was very helpful in guiding me in various directions for my next Tattoo.

I am so impressed! Tom reworked an ear tattoo for me - a coverup from a tattoo I'd had done elsewhere. I've had other shops turn me away for this work because ostensibly this was not lucrative enough a project for them to take on. Tom not only offered brilliant style advice and excellent value for money, he'd actually taken the time to meet me and discuss my requirements in detail during a consultation beforehand. Unlike where I'd had my tattoo done originally, Castle Ink really listened to me and didn't hurry me, either in the discussion or the execution - which was sensitively and artistically done. Aftercare was thoroughly explained and the shop is kept very clean. It was a really positive and enjoyable experience. I'd add a photo but my ear is covered in moisturiser! I wholeheartedly recommend Castle Ink.
Had my tattoo done by Sam who was super friendly and did an excellent job with my design! Happy with the price and was done in no time, would definitely recommend and will book again :)
