I’ve been using this take away for years, excellent customer service from the friendly staff always greeted with a smile and some friendly chat- food is always 10/10. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Just had a breast chicken curry for first time real slices of chicken fresh and delicious best curry I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend this Chinese
Food is a joke there. Overwhelmingly overstated, no taste apart from salt whatsoever. And overpriced too. Avoid like bad plague....

Food didn't arrive.Driver lying he had delivered food to correct address even though we have CCTV.Then restaurant refused to do anything about it.Not the usual for this place.Maybe a new owner or driver as had no issues in past
place is an absolute joke. Wont ever order from here ever again. Waited 2 and a half orders for this incompetent place. Called to query where our food was to be told it had been delivered elsewhere by a joke of a driver. They did nothing to help and didn’t offer a refund for the money spent or any replacement food. Absolutely shambolic, wont ever be back to this terrible place and would recommend others didn’t go near it
Ordered a few times now. Should however have stopped after first time but always wanted to give another try just in case it would bet better next time. I have found rice to be extremely salty to the extent of inedible. Not sure if prawns were cooked properly either. My husband seemed to enjoy the bbq ribs. His special fried rice not nice at all and way it was presented was enough to put you off eating it. Half of meal went in bin. Sorry New Hung Wai won't be placing any more orders.
Nice food, fast service. If you pay with anything bigger than a £5 note the guy never has change readily available
Friendly and very fast service. Food was amazingly fresh. We have never liked prawn crackers until we had theirs. This is our new favourite place for Chinese food in Edinburgh. Really good prices and good portion sizes. So glad we found this place. We will definitely be back.
